Definitely themed environment, with typical depictions of Japanese manga (Dragon Ball and others). The staff, however, seemed Chinese to me. You can eat everything from an extensive menu (starters...ramen...rice...sushi, etc.). I booked in advance and had the ramen, which however didn't completely convince me (a lot of broth compared to the ingredients), the yellow fin tuna nigiri (a little bland) and the mochi (also not exceptional). I was kindly offered a limoncello at the end, but the experience was not memorable. Maybe other rice dishes or something will be better. Furthermore, in the order system, although it was done via tablet, I didn't understand why the waiter had to check it again to start the order. It seemed counterintuitive to me. As for me, I can say Good but not great. I don't rule out returning, but I don't think so.

A Fude Ramen experience The environment As soon as you cross the threshold of Fude Ramen, you enter a completely different world compared to the previous reality of I-Sushi. The new style is bold, vibrant, a declared homage to Japanese pop culture, with visual references ranging from the most iconic manga to three-dimensional reproductions of famous characters. It is an aesthetic that can divide, certainly closer to lovers of the genre than to those seeking sobriety and minimalism. But what matters is the intention, and here the intention is clear: to amaze, entertain and transport you into an atmosphere that recalls the most contemporary Japan. The menu and the cuisine With the new name, the menu has abandoned the all-you-can-eat formula to embrace an à la carte proposal, a choice that promises a more refined and conscious experience. And it partially keeps its promise. Ramen are the beating heart of the cuisine: rich, generous and with a balance of flavors that caresses the palate. Each bite tells the complexity of a dish designed to be complete, capable of satisfying both the taste and the sight. The sushi, on the other hand, despite maintaining a good quality of raw material and careful processing, does not reach the creative leap that one would expect from such a renewed proposal. It is a correct interpretation, but without the spark of uniqueness that could make it memorable. Conclusions Fude Ramen is not just a restaurant, but an experience that embraces the senses, from taste to imagination. It is a journey that is appreciated, although not without some room for improvement, especially for those who approach it with high expectations. Ultimately, a place where ramen becomes the protagonist and the cuisine invites to be experienced with lightness and curiosity.

A beautiful discovery! We usually eat in places with the all you can eat, but after too many meals we tried this one, which in the evening only offers à la carte. Well, delicious ramen, delicious sushi, fresh fish and everything very well looked after! With a ramen and some rolls I was super satisfied, not super cheap but still spending less than at an all you can eat. To top it all off, for anime fans like me, the environment is wonderful! Everything Naruto and Luffy themed, there are also disguises available that you can wear for fun!! It just became my favorite place 😍

Nice place full of comics and characters like One Piece in full size. I ate well and for ½ day the prices were reasonable (like the portions obviously). The place has been completely renovated, very clean and nice. Very friendly staff and fast service.
