I Savi In Scorzè

⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a half. A few days ago, won over by the good reviews online, we had dinner at Savi. The first part of the evening took place in a quiet atmosphere with soft background music, it was pleasant to have conversation at the table. We started dinner with an entrée of the house, red tuna in oil prepared by the house, we continued with appetizers, a trio of tartare (cuttlefish tagliolini, tuna and snapper) and a dish with tuna and sea bass carpaccio). Fresh and quality fish, just as we found a nice rich menu to choose from. The second course chosen, a Catalan shellfish for both of us) honestly surprised us much less, although the quality of the food is not in question, I expected it to be tastier and with a lighter and fresher accompaniment. Unfortunately, the second part of the meal was disturbed by the somewhat too loud chatter of some tables, people who arrived later in the evening but who interrupted the peace of the customers already present. I would have sincerely preferred that this company, a bit too noisy, had been dedicated a room of its own. In the end, the atmosphere was broken, we preferred to leave rather hastily. Prices slightly high for what we ate, courteous service but I perceived it a bit “cold”.

I went to this restaurant with my family for my birthday. The place is intimate, not too refined but not rustic either. The service was impeccable, the dishes delicious and the fish quality. I loved the fried food, light and really well done, but also the risotto of the day with Sicilian red scampi and pistachios (which I only tasted) was fantastic. The only flaw was the pasta with mantis shrimp that I chose, a little tasteless. The prices are more than fair for such fresh and well prepared fish. Highly approved!

A beautiful country house where you can taste truly delicious fish dishes, drink good wine, with very attentive and discreet service. Probably one of the few places I would save in the Venetian hinterland. Congratulations, I will definitely be back.

Good fish of excellent quality, risotto with excellent flavor

If you are a fish lover, I Savi is a must. The restaurant welcomes you with an elegant but relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a lunch with friends. The service is attentive and friendly, with staff ready to recommend dishes and pairings. The fish menu is the real protagonist: very fresh raw fish, refined but balanced starters, first courses that enhance the raw material without covering it. The wine list is well stocked, with excellent white labels perfect for accompanying seafood dishes. Average prices for the quality offered. I recommend trying!

Avevo già spemirentato asporto durante il covid e ieri causa malanno fisico ho riprovato in occasione di un anniversario Il tutto semplicemente delizioso ,dal crudò alle ostriche al mix cotto e alle tartare Una menzione particolare al risotto di go che non hà perso consistenza e sapore nel breve trasporto . Prezzo in linea e conveniente per una cucina professionale, vino un riesling dell'otrepo pavese fermo e corposo Un ristorante che merita il nome di ristorante

Buone scelte di pesce, freschissimo, fatte secondo la tradizione, ma delicate e molto ben servite, specie gli antipasti. Servizio molto attento e premuroso, senza assillare ma molto sul pezzo, bravi!
