Characteristic and elegant place at the same time, pleasant fireplace. Excellent fish dinner and excellent service. Will return and recommend to friends.

I had already been a couple of times and found it very good. This time, it's just my personal impression, I can't declare myself fully satisfied. Perhaps the times, the service and/or the cooking didn't seem the same as previous occasions. A good but not exciting meal.

Only 2 waiters, 1 of which was poorly trained. Table service with long waiting times. At least 2 dishes on the menu absent without prior notice (meat absent and desserts reduced by 50%). The quality of the starters (even raw) is decent, the fish main courses are good.

Two things that have been missing for those who come for the first time like us A sign indicating that you can continue towards I Savi even if the public road is generally interrupted for works. In the open countryside you expect some tree-lined and shady space to move around on the edge of the premises However we had a good time. Thank you

05/01/2025: Excellent service, attentive and fast, the food was good, in line with the price. The place is a bit chaotic.
05/01/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday, the beautiful setting and the impeccable service, the food was top notch, we had a great appetizer which was highly recommended, the fried food was good, not greasy but plentiful which I personally struggled to finish, I recommend splitting it between two people. My partner had the spaghetti with clams which he thought was a little loose, but he finished the dish so I'd say everything went very well. The bill was very good 😊

Ristorante le saline

24/01/2025: New Year's Eve dinner, top of everything, we had a great time and the time passed quickly between courses and music. Well done
10/11/2024: Excellent solution for enjoying fish-based dishes. Spacious room, with excellent sea views and surrounded by greenery. The service is very friendly, starting from the owners. I have returned and confirm the goodness of the fish dishes, the precise service and the pleasant climate.
