My recent dinner at "I Sarti del Gusto" in Cagliari was simply perfect. From the moment I entered, the welcoming and elegant atmosphere immediately won me over. The staff, incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, were able to advise us and guide us in choosing the dishes with passion and competence. Each course was a true work of art, both for the presentation with attention to the smallest details and, above all, for the explosion of flavors that delighted my palate. The very fresh and high quality ingredients, expertly combined, enhanced the aromas and flavors of the Sardinian tradition with a touch of originality and innovation that I particularly appreciated.

For spending €90 each, it didn't live up to expectations. The dishes are good but they didn't convince me. The quantities are very small. After 2 hours I was hungry again and I solved it with a pizza in the late evening :)

I took a large group to this hidden gem. The food was exquisite - very tasty and well-presented. The staff were attentive and efficient. We have been touring Italy for three weeks and, so far, our best gastronomic experience was at Il Sart Di Gusto - the tailor of taste.

We spontaneously decided to eat there for lunch. We found the restaurant in the Michelin guide. Rightly so! We only had the business lunch at lunchtime, 2 dishes (including wine, water, coffee) for 20 euros. It was a taste experience, top quality of the products! We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

We had an excellent menu with wine pairings. The food was excellent and the wines were also chosen with a lot of love! Very friendly, perfect service in a great atmosphere!! We'd love to come back 👍👍

21/01/2025: All tasty and also excellent for vegetarians with many products. It's a truly excellent panada without lard! Super recommended 😋
11/11/2024: Place discovered by chance, going to Elmas airport. The shop window is full of typical inviting things, I tried the panadas which I found very good, the chickpea farinata, also very good, but the highlight are the pizzas!!!! Crunchy and light, very digestible and you can't eat just one😅. Highly recommended if you love good food.

21/01/2025: Delicious pizza. Prepared with love, you can taste it. The decor is sober, like a canteen, but the taste and service more than make up for it. We will come here again 👍👍🏾
05/01/2025: Questa pizzeria mi ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo, sia per l'ottima pizza sia per la simpatia del personale. Ci sarei tornata volentieri tutte le sere quando sono stata a Muravera. Un luogo dove ci si sente come a casa!
