Restaurant with very familiar and accurate cuisine. Owner and waiter kind and helpful. Typical dishes with both hare and wild boar ragù, good choice of cheeses and seasonal vegetables. A special mention deserves the porchetta ten times better than the famous one from Ariccia

We were passing through looking for a place to eat something characteristic and we couldn't have made a better choice.
We had an appetizer and some first courses: carbonara, parmigiana and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle... to call them divine is an understatement. Abundant dishes studded with the aromas and flavors of the past characterized by the genuineness of the products.
The owner, a nice and generous person, offered us a porchetta like I have never eaten: just the right amount of moist meat seasoned with spices and aromas that will make me dream about it for a long time.
Characteristic place but at the same time elegant and tidy. Excellent service!
Unbeatable prices. What can I say, in agreement with the offspring 5 stars for everything. Thank you!

We had lunch on Saturday, with a group of 18 hungry bikers. Fully satisfied with the restaurant's proposals and the courtesy of the young waitresses. Truly deserved the 5 stars in the category of genuine trattorias. Special mention to the delicious porchetta and the excellent gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle!

Local in Canale Monterano, a revelation!
As a Local Guide I took a walk in this town, I went to this place, I expected a simple place, which gave me flavors that are difficult to satisfy, going into the city, the staff "owner" a true entrepreneur, lover of the places she belongs to, well done!

The restaurant is furnished in an essential way, it recalls the trattorias of the past ... simple and genuine. It offers a cuisine that is strongly inspired by the Maremma tradition and that is striking for the goodness of the raw materials and the quality of the workmanship. There are many dishes that deserve attention. We, in particular, found the rigatoni with pajata truly exquisite; the acqua cotta was very good; the roast suckling pig was extraordinarily tasty. We also found the abbacchio allo scottadito very good and the white wine pleasant. On other occasions we have tasted a spectacular porchetta. The cost/quality ratio is very favorable.

Posto rustico dove si possono mangiare pietanze della zona. I salumi e la porchetta sono buoni e le tagliatelle al ragù di lepre davvero fantastiche. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi davvero economici. Discreto il vino della casa. Servizio cordiale.
