Rustic, free-range, with truly special culinary choices, a welcoming environment and super friendly managers, I left my heart with the welcome I received, really good prices for the high quality they put into the dishes.

Found by chance after a visit to Canale Monterano, we had a very good time, tasty first courses and nice portions! Quick and kind service... A nice place... The fettuccine, bacon and artichokes are delicious!

Posto rustico dove si possono mangiare pietanze della zona. I salumi e la porchetta sono buoni e le tagliatelle al ragù di lepre davvero fantastiche. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi davvero economici. Discreto il vino della casa. Servizio cordiale.

The Trattoria i flavors of Maremma is located in Canale Monterano on the Sabatini mountains surrounding Lake Bracciano, the restaurant has a pleasantly rustic appearance, the service is friendly and attentive, the dishes are a combination of Maremma and Roman cuisine ... but above all they are delicious ... try them

Genuine and simple restaurant in the town of Canale near the Stigliano spa: we ate well, the menu was small but not good... a rustic place to taste the local delicacies. Practical and expert service.

10/05/2025: They welcomed three of us (2 adults and 1 child) with great kindness. This is not the case for other restaurants nearby.
09/05/2025: We went there twice during our vacation week in Roma. Both evenings were excellent. The second one, there even was a singer and a piano player at the terrace. Dinners were feasts. The cheese platter, with honey and a bit of fruit, was abundant and diversified. The pizza cacio e pepe was succulent. The pastas 4 formaggi y tartuffo were very good. I recommend the dessert Nero Tartuffo, succulent too. We would like to thank again the adorable wine waiter, George, who definitely knows his stuff and made our second evening even greater with his kindness and good mood. Great place. Looking forward to our next stay.
