A lovely evening. Quiet. The welcome was polite, friendly, and smiling. Traditional dishes with authentic flavors and good ingredients. A typical restaurant with many Neapolitan symbols. You'll gladly return.

A welcoming and charming restaurant located in the historic center of Ospedaletto. The dishes are sublime and delicious, with a unique and unmistakable flavor. The refinement of the dishes is unparalleled, with a singular taste. What can I say? It's top-notch. The owner, Gabriele, is incredibly friendly and personable. Definitely worth a try.

We discovered this place by chance, and it was an amazing discovery. The food is excellent, starting with the choice of ingredients. A warm, family-friendly atmosphere. If you want to eat an excellent Genovese dish reminiscent of the one your grandmother used to make, you've come to the right place. The owners are courteous and helpful. We'll definitely be back, because as the saying goes: you always return to a place where you've had a good time.

If you want to eat excellent Genovese in Irpinia, you have to go here. Without a doubt. But not only that. If you're looking for excellent Neapolitan cuisine, always come here. Besides the Genovese, we had the maritati (fresh mixed pasta) with Neapolitan ragù, complete with pieces of sausage, pork rind, and more. Both dishes were very rich in meat and flavorful. Not salty, balanced. Their antipasto of cured meats, mozzarella, ricotta, and other morsels, was also very good and just right. With the antipasto, they also served us the minestra maritata (which I didn't like, but I can't be sure because my mother didn't cook it, so it's not part of my tradition) and the chickpea and cavolo nero soup, which I didn't like, but that's just my taste. We were served an entrée of very soft zeppoline, excellent, and a mandarin orange that we found as a place card at the table, which was appreciated. Finally, coffee and a house liqueur were offered. Excellent service. I really liked the small, very cozy dining room, even though we were a bit cramped at our table, but we had a good time. I was satisfied. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because it offers mostly Neapolitan cuisine, and in the small village of Ospedaletto, I was expecting Irpinia cuisine. I give it 5 stars for the hospitality, without a doubt; the manager makes you feel at home without being intrusive. But still, I repeat, it's an excellent alternative to local Irpinia cuisine. I'll definitely return. P.S. Prices are slightly higher than average, but that's acceptable given the quality.

From classics to revisited classics, they'll delight you from the first bite to the last. A gem in the heart of Avellino that deserves a visit at least once in your life... or rather, more than once. Traditional cuisine made with care and love, friendliness and good quality at a good price, we will return, there were 9 of us for lunch, the starter was good, the first courses were excellent, after that we didn't take anything else because we were full, only two desserts, the tiramisu, everything was good

08/03/2026: I've been meaning to go to La Molara Restaurant for a while, and I finally did. The experience exceeded all expectations. The flavors are authentic, expressing the local area without artifice, with a cuisine that focuses on quality ingredients and attention to detail. The staff is kind and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease and accompanying your meal with professionalism and warmth. The food is simply superb: well-executed dishes, generous portions, and a perfect balance between tradition and contemporary flavors. I'll also add a personal detail: La Molara is one of those places that makes you want to return, because it combines good food, a sincere atmosphere, and a sense of authenticity that is increasingly rare these days.
