We went on a Thursday evening for the aperitif evening with entertainment for the children, we were a little disappointed by the slightly high price compared to the very limited menu, but the place is beautiful and even our 5 year old son had a lot of fun with the girls

I was there just to eat. Excellent food, kind, friendly and welcoming staff. The internal and external location, with the large park, are very beautiful. The organization of the events is spectacular. The food is more than excellent! Even the tastiest dishes have an admirable delicacy and taste.

I did not use the rooms. I attended a "spectacular" wedding banquet! The organization of the staff and the quality of the food were top notch!

Un'ottima esperienza. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e veloce, il cibo di qualità. Bella atmosfera e il giardino sul retro è molto bello e curato. I balanzoni sono davvero buonissimi !

I celebrated my wedding here 20 years ago. We came back for the anniversary. Management changed but same simple, elegant and rustic atmosphere at the same time. Excellent food, spacious room, beautiful and relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo scelto l'agriturismo I Salici per il pranzo di matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore, non solo per il cibo che è stato apprezzato da tutti, dall'antipasto ai primi, i secondi, alla torta preparata da loro, ma anche e soprattutto per l'organizzazione puntuale, la gentilezza e la cura che ci hanno riservato facendoci passare una giornata meravigliosa complice anche la bella giornata di sole che ci ha permesso di trascorrere il pomeriggio nel loro giardino ben curato. Grazie ancora ad Andrea e a tutto lo staff per aver reso questo giorno ancora più felice e indimenticabile.

26/09/2025: Was pretty quiet at 7.30 on a big football night but that was our gain! Everything we ate was fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. The wine recommendation was fantastic. We absolutely loved it all.
16/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna. The service is excellent, and the food is equally as good. Excellent wine list. We ate inside, but with the windows open, it was lovely. They also have tables under the portico (which is closed, so no one can pass through), well-sheltered by a hedge.

01/10/2025: Personally, I can't remember the last time I had such a good time in a restaurant... This place is wonderful in every way... I stumbled upon it by chance... I was tired and really wanted to eat well and feel good... The staff is amazing... attentive, enthusiastic, kind, competent, and their smiles and human warmth are their hallmark... I felt looked after and pampered... I was alone, and they sat me in a quiet place, making sure I was near an electrical outlet in case I needed to charge my phone... For the first time, I let myself be inspired, trusting their advice... I ate like a 10... Tortellini in broth... homemade and super good, Quail, amazing Pistachio semifreddo... I'm sorry I can't describe these dishes better in terms of composition, but they were something special... And another lovely surprise... the bread they brought initially was warm... In short, everything was wonderful... I passed by here on my way to another restaurant... but the aroma I smelled from outside practically drew me in, so I went in... and had a wonderful evening... They truly lifted me up and filled my heart with their way of doing things, first and foremost... and the food... I've only ever been to them so good so far... thank you... see you next time ♥️
27/09/2025: We returned after a few years. The restaurant had been renovated, featuring a beautiful and tastefully furnished veranda with light-colored wood beams that make the place very welcoming. Tables were adequately spaced. The rooms and bathroom were extremely clean. The menu offered a good selection of traditional local dishes and some interesting variations, particularly the Garganello Wilma (Pepperoni, spicy salami with garlic, parsley, and cream reduction, slightly spicy but very pleasant). For dessert, the pistachio semifreddo stood out, beautifully presented and very tasty. The staff was qualified and always friendly. Excellent value for money. Congratulations! We will certainly recommend it to friends and acquaintances. We hope to return soon.
