I'll start by saying that I'm not from Florence but from Turin, I happened to be there last night after the Green Day concert and invited by the smells inside that I had smelled two days before I decided to try this place... and wow, the shawarma kebab is something extraordinary, it's delicious and has many condiments to customize it with, a small technical note, the spicy sauce is really spicy so if you can't handle it, have them put a little... I definitely can't wait to return to Florence just for this place, fantastic

We had seen on reddit that they said it was the best kebab in Florence. We arrive and the staff is already super friendly and easy-going, you can tell they are friendly and nice. Then very important things in these places is cleanliness, and they all wear gloves and don't touch money which is very important. The kebab is made in layers by them already looking at it you can see that it is quality, the ingredients all have a nice face and are ultra good, they make the piadinas huge and scary.
Ceh it may seem exaggerated but it is literally the best kebab I have ever eaten. Excellent and cheap prices and absolute quality, wow.

One of the best Kebabs. What can I say about the meat, not the usual industrial kebab that everyone uses. You can clearly see the cuts on the skewer, which indicates a hand-made cut of the kebab. Wide choice of ingredients and sauces, various sizes of wraps.. What can I say, really excellent

I went there because I like kebabs, since it's right next to the hotel. I don't know a word of Italian, but the staff was so kind and cheerful. They asked me where I was from, and when I told them I was Korean, they asked me if I could make it spicy or if there were different levels of spiciness. Although communication wasn't smooth,
I was grateful that they explained everything to me in detail, even though they were busy. It was nice to see everyone working cheerfully and happily.🩷
