We were enchanted by this restaurant. The atmosphere, the attention to detail, the mastery of the chef and the kindness of the staff made our dinner an unforgettable experience. Each dish was a discovery, an explosion of flavors. Wonderful wine list. The quality-price ratio is absolutely correct, considering the high quality of the products and the impeccable service. I can't wait to return to try new creations!

Ristorante molto elegante, sobrio e raffinato
Personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente, mette molto a proprio agio.
Tutto di ottima qualita’ , il vitello tonnato si scioglieva in bocca, il flan di zucca e taleggio molto delicato, la caprese rivisitata con mascarpone e crema al caffe, deliziosa.
Consigliatissimo :-)

Fiduciosi su consiglio di amici siamo andati a mangiare, ma non siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
Il cibo era nella media e le porzioni scarse.
Il menù ci è sembrato limitato.
Abbiamo preso polpo come antipasto e rombo come secondo.

I discovered this place by intuition. Being with an Umbrian amateur football team, we go to play 1 or 2 times a year in Versilia. Before going to the match, those of us who aren't playing take a lunch break at the restaurant. I choose The 4 Moors. about 3 years ago. We have been going to this restaurant 4 times now. Optimal. At the entrance there is one of the 4 Moors. The owner. A young man with golden hands. With its oven, it produces a delicious focaccia to pair with everything. Even for the shoe. Quality and refined dishes emerge from the kitchens. With the scent of the sea and the earth. The room, led by Valentina and her collaborators, is "fast" and tidy. What else can I say......it's worth the trip.

Refined environment, place with attention to the smallest details, as well as the table which is really well cared for.
Very elegant service and very thoughtful towards the diners.
The cuisine is of a high standard, and offers a truly refined menu.
The quality of the raw materials is truly of the highest quality.
A restaurant that could also deserve entry into the Michelin list.

It is a welcoming and well-designed location.
The hosts are exquisite.
The menu is well structured and the dishes are pleasant to the palate and to the eye with presentations that are up to par.
