Well what can I say! Refined environment, place with attention to the smallest details, as well as the table which is really well cared for. Very elegant service and very thoughtful towards the diners. The cuisine is of a high standard, and offers a truly refined menu. The quality of the raw materials is truly of the highest quality. A restaurant that could also deserve entry into the Michelin list. Unique experience.

A PLEASANT AND EXCELLENT DINNER AMONG THE OLIVE TREES OF VERSILIA ON A COOL SEPTEMBER EVENING What might seem like the title of a Lina Wertmüller film is nothing more than the photograph of a pleasant evening spent in a fairy-tale setting, savoring excellent food served in an impeccable and friendly manner by the dining room staff. The welcome from the young owner was also perfect. This is the Quattro Mori, a historic family-run inn in Seravezza in recent years run by the latest generation of owners who have brought a breath of freshness and vitality and a modern touch to the furnishings of the internal rooms. The outside, where you eat in the summer while almost always enjoying a nice cool breeze in the evening, is left to nature with its splendid centuries-old olive trees. The cuisine of both sea and land is the classic one of the Versilia tradition but with a touch of modernity. The raw materials are absolutely of high quality. My table wanted to taste all three seafood first courses on the menu to express an overall and reliable opinion on the cuisine. The exam was passed with flying colors: the homemade gnocchi with red mullet, cherry tomatoes and lecchino olives and the spaghetti (perfectly cooked) with seafood were tasty and tasty. The risotto with prawns, mascarpone nut and golden aubergine cream is interesting and good. For the second courses, the embers were expertly used to cook excellent red snapper and succulent scampi and prawns. The desserts were good but perhaps a little below expectations. Interesting wine list. Final price of the dinner in accordance with the raw materials used and the area to which it belongs (Versilia). Advised.

Quello che potrebbe sembrare un titolo di un film di Lina Wertmüller altro non è che la fotografia di una piacevole serata passata in un ambiente fiabesco, assaporando dell’ottimo cibo servito in maniere impeccabile e cordiale dal personale di sala. Perfetta anche l’accoglienza della giovane titolare. Si tratta dei Quattro Mori una storica locanda di Seravezza a gestione familiare negli ultimi anni condotta dall’ultima generazione dei titolari che ha portato una ventata di freschezza e vitalità e un tocco moderno negli arredi delle sale interne. Il fuori, dove si mangia nel periodo estivo godendo la sera , quasi sempre, di un bel fresco venticello è lasciato alla natura con i suoi splendidi olivi secolari. La cucina sia di mare che di terra è quella classica della tradizione versiliese però con un tocco di modernità. Le materie prime sono assolutamente di qualità. Il mio tavolo ha voluto assaggiare tutte le tre proposte di primi di mare del menu per esprime un giudizio complessivo ed attendibile sulla cucina. L’esame è stato superato a pieni voti: gustosi e saporiti gli gnocchi fatti in casa con triglie pomodorini ciliegino e olive lecchino e gli spaghetti (con cottura perfetta) ai frutti di mare. Interessante e buono il risotto gamberi, noce di mascarpone e crema di melanzane dorate. Per i secondi ha fatto da padrona la brace sapientemente utilizzata per cuocere un ottimo dentice e dei succulenti scampi e mazzancolle. I dolci buoni ma forse un po’ al di sotto delle attese. Carta dei vini interessante. Prezzo finale della cena in fase con le materie prime utilizzate e la zona di appartenenza (Versilia). Consigliato.

Cenato con moglie ed una coppia di amici al Ristorante 4 Mori, serata perfetta, menù completissimo, servizio impeccabile e conto finale adeguatissimo alla nostra cena. Complimenti.

10/12/2024: Pici allo scoglio served in a black pan FABULOUS! Also try the tuna steak with chopped pistachios and the spaghetti with clams. 💖 Kind and friendly staff, large room where you can eat both on the ground floor and on the first floor, and in the summer a beautiful garden with lake view, playground and outdoor square with lots of tables and smoking area. Next time we come back I'll try the pizza. 😋

29/12/2024: The kids are doing really well, today I was really happy and proud to have found a hit just outside the walls of Lucca. Small place with just 9/10 seats, I would dare to call it not only a culinary college but also a small culinary shop in which young and willing guys try in a more than excellent way to give and offer the diner dishes that I dare say are original but at the same time tasty without the need to distort everything, in short. dishes that are easy to read and most importantly the flavors are all recognisable. In my humble opinion the menu is well studied and what is fundamental there are not 15 first courses and 18 second courses, the customer can choose between 2/3 first courses of fish and meat, the same goes for the second courses and the starters. The thing that I appreciated and I assure you is now becoming a rarity is that of putting bread on the table. Note of merit as a welcome they offer you a free reduction to drink with really good raw ham, oil and tomato as well as a mini pan with hand made mayo. Let's get to the food, I chose katsusando with cloth crusted prawns with lime mayonnaise and purple cabbage. Good I would have liked to taste more lime in the mayo but in any case they are details, I also appreciated 2 things the first the coarse breading of the prawn capable of giving it crunchiness and above all they did not fail to inform the customer that the prawn was frozen, in fact there was the asterisk. However, a good workhorse, the thing I appreciated was that the bread remained crunchy, collecting all the flavours. In my opinion, cappellacci with green pasta is the dish you must try because it is that classic dish without defects, the pastry made with the chlorophyll of purple cabbage, and very light, they explained to me without the addition of eggs, porous but at the same time a cloud, the filling of white fish (snapper) could be felt throughout, accompanied then by that base which was illegal because it was too good with extract of mussels, piennolo tomatoes and the Lucchese oil was a spectacle, I don't want to say it's bullshit but the filling was also creamed with the same oil. The price of these dishes is around €13 / €16 for the first courses, while for the second courses it can reach €21 for the beef cheek. You can also opt for a tasting course of €60. Total cost covered, water, glass of wine, starter and first course €40. Must try.
