We managed to book in advance and just celebrated my wife's 60th birthday. We had a truly wonderful time. They reserved a private room for us, and to the accompaniment of some very pleasant music, we enjoyed Tuscan dishes prepared with care and skill, including an excellent schiacciata filled with whipped cream. The service was adequate and the prices were more than fair. We will definitely be back. Congratulations and thank you.

We stumbled upon this place by chance; we weren't familiar with it. It was a wonderful discovery. We'll definitely be back. The selection of dishes and the way they're prepared reflect a great sense of traditional Tuscan spirit and flavor. It's definitely run by people who love what they do.

I stopped by chance, drawn by the smell of grilling, and enjoyed an excellent steak (cooked to perfection) in a quaint restaurant, brimming with Tuscan charm, friendliness, and authenticity. Fair prices, fast and well-organized service, an open kitchen, and, finally, a selection of signature dishes that keep me coming back for more.

We hadn't booked, but they seated us within 5 minutes of our arrival, on a Saturday evening!
We had coccoli, prosciutto, and stracciatella appetizers (plenty for one person) and a leek flan (very good).
Followed by two mixed grills, also plentiful (as pictured), baked potatoes, and gratinated cauliflower.
Everything was really good and reasonably priced!
I highly recommend it.

I' Quartino is one of those osterias where you come to enjoy a quiet meal, without expecting anything special. The cuisine is simple and rooted in tradition, with dishes that are understandable and well-executed. You can sense the attention paid to the ingredients and preparation, especially in the more classic dishes.
The portions are generous, and the quality-price ratio is fair. The service is informal and genuine...some waits can occur during busy periods, but the atmosphere remains relaxed and convivial.
Overall, it's a reliable osteria, where you can eat well without complications. A place to note if you're looking for simple Tuscan cuisine, prepared the way it once was, and an unforced atmosphere.
