Typically Tuscan food, excellent cold cuts worth mentioning are the grill with excellent pork, chicken and pigeon and the inevitable steak. but also the first courses with the penne trascicate is the lampredotto risotto, old-fashioned roasted potatoes and a dessert that is difficult to find but the trifle is Florentine.

Typical Tuscan tavern with typical dishes and post-it menus...
Convivial tables almost pressed together for a pleasant and homely atmosphere.
Liver crostini 4 pieces well prepared as well as the cockerel well cooked on the grill.
Well cooked tripe, also nice and thick, and beans in oil with that typical Tuscan aftertaste.
Bill: the right amount for the use of raw materials, maybe 3 euros cover...

Personale molto cortese, ambiente piacevole, ottimo cibo tradizionale toscano, eccellente la bistecca alla fiorentina. Prezzo decisamente accettabile. Da consigliare.

Beh, entriamo, ci sediamo al tavolo prenotato (per due) e leggiamo sulla lavagna i "compiti masticatori" che possiamo scegliere e svolgere per la serata. Antipasto stracchino coccoli e buon prosciutto, steccone di maiale alla brace, tagliata ai porcini (una piccola cappella che ha poi "richiesto" come integrazione, un piatto di patate arrosto), cappella (bella) di porcino con aglio e nipitella (ottima), due calici di buon prosecco e caffè .... carne ottima e ben cotta, personale cordiale e attento, tempi normali di attesa per le portate. Serata piacevole, compresa la partita della "Viola" sullo schermo ....
