Delicious fish coppo, arancini of all kinds, one better than the other and super crunchy, super cannolo and the owner very kind and very nice... All gluten free, what more could you want???

12/06/2025: A Michelin star-worthy restaurant in Noto, where you can truly feel the love for high-quality local products and Sicilian tradition. I’ll never forget the surprising amuse-bouche that looked like an olive praline. The sous vide egg was wonderful, and the octopus with mashed potatoes was absolutely delicious. The bread was excellent, and the olive oil—probably the best I’ve ever had. Attentive and courteous staff. I only wish I had ordered dessert! I hope to come back for the tasting menu.
12/06/2025: Beautiful place, very good food, the girls are very polite and helpful, they explain each dish to you. The only flaw in my opinion, however, particularly important is the welcome that is cold and haughty
