An exceptional restaurant, their strength lies in their pasta dishes, which are handmade on the spot by their chefs. In fact, to confirm their authenticity and dedication, there's even a camera pointed at the kitchen, allowing you to watch the chefs at work 24/7 via an outside TV.
Furthermore, every suggestion made to the waitress and the owner was granted. My heartfelt compliments, and I hope you continue like this.

I went to this restaurant yesterday with my friends and it was a FANTASTIC experience! The food was impeccable, high-quality, and generous portions. I especially recommend the orecchiette, which were spectacular. The atmosphere was superb, everything was meticulously designed, and the food was spotless. Excellent service, the staff were incredibly friendly and gave us excellent advice, especially the young man who served us, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom was spotless and extremely well-maintained. If you're passing through Alberobello, this is definitely a must-see. We'll definitely be back during our stay in Puglia.

A culinary experience, incredible prices, very affordable, menus in several languages to choose from, attentive service, very friendly, and they make an effort to adapt to the language.

Excellent! The flavors blend perfectly, the pasta is made in front of you, the servers are adorable (and speak French!!).

10/10! The best place in Alberobello!
Tried the homemade Maccheroncino al ferretto and Orecchiette.
The staff were welcoming and very polite.
Overall great experience.
The attached pictures don’t look as good as in real life.
