Great place to hang out with friends, passing through, with great sandwiches with fresh ingredients. Fantastic value for money, really great sandwiches. Recommended for a quick lunch if you're around Pisa!

In the open air, under the umbrellas in the square, we found this really characteristic little place. Hospitality is at home, you eat local food, typical Tuscan products, very good cold cuts and cheeses!!! There is no shortage of vegan and vegetarian options. Definitely generous portions! If you pass through Pisa, stop by!!

If you pass through Pisa, it is a must to eat some amazing sandwiches with any type of salami, cheese and others, I recommend the Professor!

We had a sandwich with porchetta, pecorino and dried tomatoes and a platter of abnormal stuff. A perfect lunch, needless to say, all of very good quality and great taste, we ate really well, it's cheap and therefore if you are in Pisa, highly recommended.

Received a lovely warm welcome here, and they even pulled out another table for me. The guy helpfully advised me of the most popular sandwiches and I went for one with Tuscan sausage, cheese and truffle. Excellent quality delicious ingredients, and packed full. Price not bad. Absolutely recommend for lunch in Pisa.

15/05/2025: An unmissable experience for meat lovers! This butcher shop-restaurant perfectly combines the passion for raw materials and the art of cooking. The variety of steaks is surprising and the quality is truly excellent. As the owner told me – with kindness and a hint of pride – “if it’s less than four fingers, it’s carpaccio”, and in fact each cut served is generous and perfectly enhanced. The owners and staff are welcoming, competent and passionate: they know how to guide you in your choice with great professionalism and a smile. The price is high, but absolutely proportionate to the quality and overall experience. Satisfied with my choice, I will definitely return to try some other steaks... maybe even thicker!
12/05/2025: The best steak of the neighbourhood. They have a good wine selection, too. To me, it is a reference eaven for bbq with a variety of cut and meat maturation
