The food was very good, the waitress was super friendly. She didn't speak English, but she tried very hard, and we were able to communicate with her. However, we had to wait FOREVER for the pizzas. Everyone around us had already had their food and arrived in the restaurant after us. I had to eat the pasta by myself because the pizzas were served much too late, which was a shame.

Beautiful location, but as far as food goes, disappointment. The pizza 🍕, was not there, probably because it was Wednesday night. High prices, a plate of pici cacio e pepe, 13 EUR. The plate was very large and beautiful, but inside there were practically 2 pici, (good). The fried appetizer, 8 euros in a small bowl with: 1 Ascoli olive, 1 panzerotti, 2 potatoes, in short, a pittance.... At these prices I would look at the portions again. What can I say???? You decide.

30€ per una pizza mi è sembrato molto. Servizio lento e poco professionale. Discreta l’atmosfera del locale. Vino della casa buoni ma a prezzi alti. Non tornerò

Da Pisa ci siamo ritrovati per casualità a pranzo da i Pini! Personale molto cordiale e sempatico! Come essere a casa! Per non parlare del cibo molto buono , saporito! Ordinati e bagni pulitissimi! Torneremo sicuramente! A presto!

25/05/2025: A very memorable and traditional trattoria. Rubel and the team are so welcoming and attentive and the food is prepared beautifully. We ordered the mouthwatering tagliatelle with wild boar ragu, roast pork, veal and the best side of peas we’ve tasted in a long time. We loved it so much that we revisited the next evening and ordered the tagliatelle with venison, peas, spinach and finished with an excellent tiramisu. I highly recommend this trattoria for an authentic and memorable dining experience
17/05/2025: The best ragù pasta experience we’ve had on our trip to Italy so far. The wine paired perfectly with the food, adding to an already memorable meal. The customer service was excellent, and I especially loved that we were the only tourists there at lunch – it felt authentic and special to be dining among local customers. Well priced also.
