Great experience. We arrived at the camper area and had dinner there. Good regional food, a very welcoming atmosphere, and friendly and attentive staff. We also had a great time at the camper area. Convenient amenities.

An evening worthy of top marks. We had dinner after an evening at the spa. The appetizers and main courses were delicious. The Rapolano focaccia for dessert was amazing, recommended by the charming waitress Beatrice. We'll definitely be back.

Siamo stati per due sere, ristorante e poi pizza. I nostri voti: Ristorante abbiamo preso i due fritti e il voto per entrambi un bell 8.5 leggeri e croccanti. Consigliati Poi i piccoli al ragù toscano ottimi e i piccoli cacio e pepe buoni. Voto 8.5 Pizzeria Da migliorare, ingredienti di qualità si vede ma la pasta della pizza non ci siamo, troppo croccante per non dire dura che non si tagliava. Mi spiace dirlo perché in effetti l'atteggiamento del pizzaiolo e di una persona che lo fa con grande passione e precisione. Anche il personale, specialmente la cameriera Ida veramente professionale e cortese, voto 9.5 Nel complesso ottima esperienza che certamente rifaremo il prossimo anno. Consigliato

Posto molto carino, soprattutto nella parte all'aperto. Purtroppo questa sera non avevano più ragù di cinghiale e quindi io e mio marito abbiamo dovuto 'ripiegare' sui pici al ragù toscano: RAGÙ SPECIALE!! Dopo il primo abbiamo preso solo il dolce: cantucci mio marito e tiramisù io. La crema del tiramisù molto buona ma i savoiardi inzuppati nel caffè amaro, sotto alla crema, non mi sono piaciuti. La cameriera e la proprietaria sono state molto carine ma per il servizio armatevi di pazienza, é piuttosto lento.

20/01/2026: Just outside the walls of the picturesque village of Pienza, near the parking lots—the ones with parking discs, that is—on the narrow road that slopes down from the village, toward Colombaiolo, lies this small trattoria. It's rustic in style but has a somewhat unassuming appearance, to use the Tuscan dialect term. It lacks personality and a sense of local identity. Its notable virtuous soul is a small fireplace in the center of the dining room. As is well known, a fire creates a convivial and pleasant atmosphere, especially on gray winter days! La Chiocciola is always very popular, especially with tourists, but there's no shortage of locals, too. This is my second visit! The food is honest, simple, and unpretentious. The ingredients used are certainly not top-notch, but that's fine. In short, traditional dishes, discreet service, and reasonable prices.

30/11/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and can't say enough about it! The atmosphere is truly enchanting, perfect for a romantic evening or a special dinner. The real surprise, however, was the food: Gabriele in the kitchen manages to transform traditional dishes into true magic, with an innovative touch that makes them unique and irresistible. Each dish is a discovery, tasty and refined, but without ever losing the authenticity of classic recipes. A special thanks also to Roberta, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home. Highly recommended for those seeking a quality gastronomic experience in a welcoming and refined environment. We will definitely be back!
