The quality of the ingredients was truly above average. I didn't try everything, obviously, but it was so good I wanted to. The tartare and crostoni were wonderful. An excellent selection of reds, whites, Italian sparkling wines, and even champagne. Many gin labels, including their own production. I drank a Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, and Petit Verdot wine produced just 1 km from Siena, aged in oak, that was simply amazing! I'll repeat it again and again.

16/11/2025: We had dinner and enjoyed a good Fiorentina steak. However, we recommend serving it on a stone grill to maintain the temperature and avoid eating it too cold. We highly recommend this restaurant, though.

10/11/2025: A lovely restaurant in the center of Siena. I chose it for the atmosphere that was evident in the photos, and they were true to form. A beautiful, old-fashioned place. The service was prompt and accurate, and the waiters were courteous, despite the large number of people in the dining room (we went for Sunday lunch). The food was good, and my main course (duck breast) was very good. The price was slightly above average for my city (Livorno), but perhaps it's average for Siena, especially considering the location. I would gladly return.
