I have been a customer for years, I often come with friends and I am always very satisfied!!

I celebrated my birthday with you today... everything was excellent. The filling was delicious. The suppli were stratospheric. The French fries were exceptional... well done and congratulations!

Exceptional sandwiches, I often order through apps, happy to say that the quality is excellent regardless of whether you pick it up or order it in!

Good sandwiches (perhaps not as stuffed as I remembered), organized service especially now with the Mac-style totems... I wish they would introduce sauces like mustard and Tabasco... The fries are excellent in my opinion, with a particular crunch that is appreciated, the beers are moderately priced for the quality...

The Panizzo is spectacular, always well-stocked with ingredients. Service could be improved, especially regarding bathroom checks (there was no toilet paper) and waste sorting. The bins are all right next to each other, making it difficult to separate them. The restaurant often leaves the door open when it's busy, and on winter days, the tables are chilly.

How it works: 1. Get a pen and paper and write down the things you want. 2. Take them to the cashier and they'll pay you. 3. Wait your turn following a screen with the reference number printed on your receipt. 4. Take your order and then ENJOY YOUR MEAL! They don't serve you at your table, so they're also quicker to turn out your orders. One star less for the service just because they prepared the sandwiches and not the fries together without saying anything. Maybe I'd give one number for the sandwiches and one for the fries (3-5 minute difference). I also really appreciate that they leave a piece of paper under your sandwich with the things you ordered, because sometimes you order so much that you might miss something, or, like what happened to us, we forgot to order the Nutella pizza, and with the note we checked and everything was fine. I recommend going before 8:30 if you prefer less crowds, because the place is spectacular and delicious, which is why so many people go there. There were 11 of us and we split dinner into three orders, and in 10-15 minutes they had everything ready. The staff are very friendly and ready to help if needed.

It was the first place I ate at after moving to Rome, and it was a real treat to try the panizzo, the restaurant's signature dish. I've been there often now. The staff are incredibly friendly.

Panizzo... A name I'll never forget, a place I'll never forget!! Best fries I've ever had, they have a kind of golden brown/breaded exterior that's amazing with any sauce... And the sandwich is spectacular, not only because you can build it to your liking, but because whatever you choose is excellent and the quantity is satisfying! I'd like one at Re di Roma! Can you please open here too??? 😊
