A wonderful restaurant!!! Fabulous location, an old typical Tuscan mill, stone vaults and a family atmosphere. Large outdoor space for splendid and fresh summer dinners. The menu is varied, both meat and fish, with choice in each course. The dishes are well prepared in every respect, with excellent quality ingredients, with great refinement and competence on the part of the staff. The fast and professional service makes your stay in the restaurant very pleasant. What more can I say... a restaurant where you can feel at home, a certainty.

We went on a Sunday afternoon, there was no one, really no one. We were welcomed with enormous kindness. Our dog was with us. We had wine, a starter and two main courses. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend. Thank you very much for your welcome and your kindness ☺️

Io e mia madre ci siamo fermate di ritorno da Firenze ed è stata una fortuna aver potuto assaporare i loro ottimi piatti. Antipasto,primo e dolce tutto eccellente, titolari cordiali, simpatici e professionali, un ambiente suggestivo (anche per la storia del casolare) e per chi come me ha la celiachia c'è attenzione e molta informazione. Torneremo sicuramente 🤩 Grazie

05/07/2024: Class! Very friendly, it's nice to sit inside and outside. Delicious food. There are two sockets on the terrace to charge your eBikes. The restaurant is on the first floor… downstairs is the delicatessen: ham, sausage, cheese, fruit, pasta.
29/06/2024: Non potevo fare scelta migliore, ero in zona per un weekend con amiche e dovevamo pranzare, ho trovato su google questo posto e già le recensioni ne parlavano benissimo. Entri in un bar tabacchi ma appena dentro ti si apre un mondo bellissimo di tantissime cose buone😍. Siamo state SUPER bene, personale gentilissimo e portate buonossime livello qualità alto,pizza squisita. Posti cosi quando li trovi ti si riempie il cuore. Grazie ragazzi per il bellissimo pranzo e per aver accolto il mio cane con tanto amore continuate così ❤️

25/08/2024: We had been walking around Florence on a particularly hot day and had just come down from the Piazzale Michaelangelo. It was early evening and looking for somewhere nice for dinner. Luckily we found a table for 4 outside on the pavement at this nice establishment. The young waitress who greeted us was excellent. She spoke very good English and made us feel very much at home. She had recently returned from a vacation in Bavaria which she was happy to share with us. After ordering our drinks (I had a large local draft beer) I went for a beef strip meal with parmesan & rocket. It was delicious if rather on the modest, small size. The rest of the family had pasta and salad. I convinced our daughter to try the Negroni cocktail which, we discovered was invented in Florence. A fact that our waitress didn't know! It was delicious - packed full of alcohol. The chilled bottled water was a reasonable 2,00€ and the ubiquitous cover charge was only 1,50€ per person. In all, we left 60,00€ for the four of us which I thought was great given the fact that we were in Florence! Oh, and both our tired and hot dogs were well tolerated here. They offered some water which they lapped up thirstily.
04/08/2024: We came here for dinner because this restaurant was actually the closest to our accommodation. But I have to say, we couldn't have made a better decision!🙂 The food we ate was fantastically delicious! The waiters are nice. The restaurant is on a slightly quieter street, not among the tourist crowd, but all the better. Real Italian atmosphere!❤️
