We had an aperitif with a cocktail, the Pashà, delicious and we added delicious falafel and hummus! Very nice atmosphere, recommended

It is always a great pleasure to eat at this restaurant. The cuisine is truly excellent. I love vegetables in all the ways they are offered on the menu. The meat dishes are also good.

I recommend all the dishes, you will have the opportunity to return and try a new one at every opportunity, and the aperitif with ginger and the starter. The environment is welcoming and the staff helpful and attentive. Strategic location in the city center!

There were 4 of us on a Saturday for lunch. We had 4 appetizers and 4 different dishes to try various things and everything was very good. They had a secluded round table, it seemed like we were in a little restaurant all our own. The staff was kind and they even accommodated us on a request we made. I had already been there, but this time was the best.

Cada año cuando visito Brescia, me aseguro de comer en este restaurante una o dos veces durante mi viaje. El ambiente es agradable y agradable. Siempre recibe la más cálida de las bienvenidas, el servicio es dedicado y atento incluso cuando el restaurante está ocupado. Y la comida es simplemente impresionante! Perfecto para vegetarianos también con muchas opciones deliciosas. Verdaderamente un lugar que no te puedes perder en Brescia. No puedo esperar a volver pronto.

Locale molto accogliente come anche il personale. Piatti ottimi e dai gusti originali. Tutto veramente perfetto Consigliatissimo aperitivo della casa.

28/04/2025: Great restaurant! Very pleasant environment, with a nice relaxing atmosphere, just a little background music is missing. Good and well presented dishes with attention to the choice of ingredients used. Friendly staff and service in the right time. Bill in line with expectations. Dogs allowed.
23/04/2025: As a Nobel Prize winner.... I just left and I enjoyed the nettle tortellone with goat toma from the Foss mountain hut and grated real truffle... It is a triumph of expertly balanced tastes and flavours... Nobel Peace Prize winners as long as a dish like this puts you at peace with the world... and these days.... Not least the goat Bresciana style with polenta... it would be amazing... but it wasn't polite to do it in the quite crowded place... impeccable service with wonderful advice for pairing wine and dessert... Spectacular...to take up residence.

Trattoria Pizzeria Timoline Da Paolo

16/03/2025: Even though we arrived half an hour late on Saturday evening (notifying us), they treated us and our dog very well. They didn't make it bother us in the slightest. Very much appreciated the service. 2 of us got 3 pizzas. One biker, one tasty and one raw. Too good! Importantly, the toilets are very clean even though the place was full.
01/03/2025: It took us a while to figure out where to eat “like a local”. Stopped in a couple of places that seemed sketchy and then stumbled upon this gem of a place. Totally packed (reservations a must) but Marina took pity of us and gave us a table. Delicious calamari fritti and seafood salad. Even the French fries were yummy! Classic carbonara pasta and veal cutlet (husband’s). Pizzas are thin crust; airy and crunchy like a cracker; not Neapolitan (which is more doughy and not our favorite). Good base sauce and excellent cottura. We had to come next day. Too delicious! Did I mention that you should make a reservation? We noticed they sent people away with no reservation (lucky us). Absolutely recommended. Grazie, Marina & Co.
