Last night my son and his family offered me dinner at Dai Maroncio. We ordered the house starters: colonnata lard with pine nuts, ricotta covered with chestnut jam, chickpeas with mushrooms, fried artichokes, truffled egg with bruschetta etc. Followed by the legendary cacio e pepe pasta, then the fillet with two caps of porcini mushrooms on top. All super delicious. To close the evening a liquorice sorbet. Generous portions. I highly recommend it

Unique and exceptional restaurant, the place I have been going to for 25 years and I go without fail. My family took me there when I was little, then I took my girlfriends there, today my family, my children will certainly go there alone when they are older and I always bring friends there just to make a good impression, never missed a beat because it is managed by an exceptional and competent family. TOP

We went to this restaurant, suggested by my son who was there 11 years ago with relatives. In talking with the owner, he found out that they were related to a good friend of his, and also knew relatives of mine. What a GREAT experience we enjoyed. Their staff was very friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is great, and their food was AMAZING. Be sure to go to have a delicious meal, drinks, dessert and more. You won’t be disappointed 👍🏻👏🔥🎉🥂🙏❤️ Thank you, Andrea, Vera, your family, and your amazing team for an outstanding evening.

10/02/2025: Such a lovely little place. The staff are lovely and so cheery. The food is amazing. They have an eye for detail the little things like the napkins being bespoke to them and the heart shaped pizza, so cool!!

08/03/2025: While passing through Rome we stopped for lunch at this restaurant near Via Appia Antica. Very friendly staff; very very good starter, carbonara and amatriciana, very honest prices and absolutely in line. Highly recommended, we will be back.
01/03/2025: I'm from Rome but I've lived in Vicenza for 10 years.... The place was recommended to me by a friend and I can only confirm that the food is good... The pizzas were also excellent and fried, then I ate the really delicious meatballs with sauce, I made the slippers with a special bread made by them... attentive service, very nice environment, applause to the kind waiter, who was thorough in his explanations of the dishes and friendly. At the end of the dinner, they offered us the delicious wine donuts. Honest price. Well done.
