I've eaten at Dai Maroncio several times, and I have to say the experience is worth the price. The pinsas are good, as are the appetizers, especially the ricotta with chestnut jam. The meat-based main courses, porcini mushrooms, and the desserts are delicious. The only small complaint I have is the service, which varies quite a bit from waiter to waiter. It ranges from Michelin-starred restaurant service to suburban diner service. Let's just say I'd work on that. The wine list is good and varied, although I'd refresh the bottles, as they aren't always well-preserved. (I've sent back a wine a couple of times because it tasted corked or was past its shelf life.) Overall, it's worth a try. Well done!

Beautiful restaurant, excellent menu, with unique and very good appetizers, fantastic first courses, and splendid steaks served tableside on a hot griddle. Very kind, attentive, and professional staff. I'll be back.

We came across this restaurant by chance. Family atmosphere with rustic structure. Immediately served with abundant dishes. Excellent value for money. For two we had a portion of fettuccine with mushrooms, 2 second courses of meat, a side dish of super expertly sautéed chicory and a bottle of water Total cost 70 euros

Everything was good, the tongs, the aperitif was good, the starter was good and generous, the desserts were a bit sparse but good, the parking was also ok, overall I consider it an excellent restaurant for everyone.

18/08/2025: My new favorite restaurant in Rome. Very good service. Keep in mind that we're in Rome, Italy. Italians are different. Perfect dishes. The pastas always come in generous portions. No skimping. High-quality meats. The Steak Tartare with Stracciatella, Burrata, and Pistachios really caught my attention. Delicious desserts. Well worth it. A no-frills Italian restaurant for tourists. Most of the clientele are Italian. Few foreigners. Enjoy. Tip: Always arrive when the restaurant opens, 12:30 or 7:00 p.m. The establishment operates largely by reservation, so it fills up very quickly. Arrive early to enjoy the experience while those who have already booked wait. Reservations are only accepted by phone. No WhatsApp.

02/09/2025: A truly surprising modern Roman trattoria. Truly delicious traditional dishes, a wide selection of wines and spirits. Knowledgeable and passionate staff. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
01/09/2025: What an amazing meal. The squid special (stuffed with bread) was the best dish I’ve had in a long time and the rest of it was great. Such lovely service too - a real gem.
