The food quality is always guaranteed; the service leaves a bit to be desired. I found it inattentive (the waitress spilled the water and spilled a fair amount on the table, without even apologizing; picking up the plates almost knocked over the wine glass). Let's just say the service was very rushed. I found the background music to be unsuitable for the location and too loud. I'll definitely be back, but it's clearly not comparable to the "previous" Maltraversi.

I dined at Maltraversi Bistro for a friend's birthday and was truly impressed! The quality of the dishes is excellent, and you can sense the attention to the ingredients. The staff was impeccable: always present, attentive, and ready to satisfy every need (they never left our glass empty). A special thanks to Valentina, friendly and professional, who helped make the evening even more enjoyable. The new restaurant in Creazzo is a gem: well-appointed rooms, a modern and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special occasion. The fish here is truly delicious, beautifully presented, and incredibly fresh. The bistro tables are small, so they feel very Parisian. Good selection of wines at reasonable prices.

We ate really well, simple preparations but excellent quality

Everything was well-prepared and the atmosphere was pleasant. We ate quite well, although, at the end of the evening, we felt like we hadn't gotten our money's worth. The dish that most impressed us was the raw scampi, which were undoubtedly very fresh, although their extremely small size initially made us think they were shrimp. Overall, it was a somewhat disappointing experience; we'll try again.
