A must-see every time I come to the center. I love walking past the kilometer-long lines of the most famous schiacciaterie, to come here to enjoy one of the best lampredotto sandwiches in Florence or alternatively a schiacciata (there are various types) or two slices of bread filled with the highest quality and tasty ingredients. All at lower prices than the competition! Small and historic grocery store, run by DOC Florentines. A MUST STOP!

This is a very local panini restaurant located just off the square.
They are famous for their slow-cooked hormone, cut into small pieces and sandwiched.
The paninis are a reasonable size, so it seems that many people stop by for breakfast before going to work. Please try it and feel like a local.

I ate the lampredotto sandwich and it was AMAZING! I tried to eat it again other times in other places and it always really disgusted me, compliments to the young managers of this place because they made an exceptional product and the service, despite the long queue, was excellent!

Instead of waiting in line for hours at other places, go here. The schiacciata was spectacular, they ask you how big you want it and they fill it with fresh and good ingredients. The price is not excessive compared to other places. The only flaw is that there is not much seating inside.

Locale piccolissimo ma super centrale e comodo, ha comunque un angolino con quale posto a sedere.
Schiacciate davvero ben fatte e con ottimi ingredienti, da provare quella con la finocchiona e i pomodori secchi, davvero buonissima!
I ragazzi sono super veloci e si fa pochissima coda.
