Wonderful staff and very good food, from appetizer to dessert.
I recommend the crostoni, which are delicious, the vegetarian side dish, and the mascarpone with chocolate chips...fantastic!!! We had a great time. The price is just a little high. Definitely a good place.

Just outside the center of Cesena is this historic trattoria.
The place is charming and intimate, the service very professional, and the food authentic and delicious.
The ravioli alla Norma (one of today's specials) were exquisite.
Always a pleasure to return.

We were passing through Cesena...we had an excellent dinner! The octopus was delicious, and the ricotta and rum-caramelized fig dessert was delicious. Your courtesy and kindness made the dinner fantastic! Thank you!

Our favorite restaurant was closed, so we chose I Maceri based on reviews. The place is nice, the staff friendly, but for the quantity and the wait time, it's not great. For the price, it's really excessive. It's a shame because we were hoping for good food. I don't recommend it. The cost for three people was €109, which was excessive.
I'll respond to what the restaurant owner said:
First of all, that day we arrived before the tables were "full," although that's no excuse. Then, the tagliatelle we ordered were with meat sauce, not porcini mushrooms. Anyway, the tagliatelle tasted like butter with truffle shavings. Finally, thanks for the excellent rip-off.

Passing through on our way back from southern Italy, we discovered it a few years ago and we happily returned. Very nice place with kind and attentive service. Mussels tarantina style and boiled Adriatic fish. Worth it!
