The real reason is that I associate Paolo and Irma's yogurt not only with the taste of good things made with love, but also with the taste of home, of super-fat tubs on the steps and then on the chairs outside or takeout at home with family. It was my point of reference for my entire life, a place where two uncles were waiting for me, ready to satisfy my every strange craving.
