I' Giuggiolo is always the best. Florentine tavern where you eat like at your favorite grandmother's house, with the addition of new and very interesting dishes

We booked at the last minute, but they welcomed us anyway. Excellent food, genuine and delicate. Very kind staff. Even if it is a little far from the center, it is worth going a little further to eat here.

Grazie ai nostri amici Marco e Simona di Firenze che ci hanno fatto conoscere questo meravigliosa "officina del gusto". Fiorentina da primato, primi gustosi ed innovativi nella fusione dei sapori, dolci buonissimi. Anche le proposte per gli antipasti sono sfiziose e ben preparate, come il baccala' fritto con maionese allo zafferano, particolarmente gradito da noi umbri poco abituati ai piatti di pesce. Torneremo con enorme piacere alla nostra prossima visita alla vostra meravigliosa città e ai nostri carissimi amici!

Abbiamo portato i nostri amici umbri a mangiare qui (ristorante per noi già conosciuto), e siamo stati BENISSIMO! Cordialità e professionalità del personale, cibo di ottima qualità. I nostri amici sono rimasti super contenti. Che dire! I miei complimenti!!! Abbiamo ri-prenotato per la Vigilia di Natale!

01/06/2025: Staff not very attentive to the customer because with a mixed grill undercooked (and very little variety) and bad potatoes left on the plate he did not ask for anything....... Small and expensive salads, I do not recommend.
27/05/2025: Magnificent lunch. Typical dishes (Florentine/Tuscan) prepared with mastery. The must of the trattoria is the grilled meat. Excellent quality/price ratio. Very convenient parking with a very large square in front of the restaurant.
