Typical Florentine restaurant located not far from the historic center ... I have now become a regular customer every time I am in Florence ... the food is exquisite and the atmosphere is excellent as it is frequented by local people ... I recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED… Excellent restaurant

I go often and they never disappoint me. Typically Tuscan cuisine. I recommend the Imprunetina peposo with potatoes, I usually have it and it is good, well cooked and the quality of the meat is excellent. As soon as you enter they always have some type of cake, custard or cream with strawberries on top. I've never tasted it but I like it. The location is nice, we are at the foot of Salviatino.

The pizza was simply perfect: soft and well-leavened dough, crunchy at the right point. The abundant and quality seasoning, with fresh and tasty ingredients. Every bite was an explosion of flavor! Definitely worth trying and trying again.

Abbiamo portato i nostri amici umbri a mangiare qui (ristorante per noi già conosciuto), e siamo stati BENISSIMO! Cordialità e professionalità del personale, cibo di ottima qualità. I nostri amici sono rimasti super contenti. Che dire! I miei complimenti!!! Abbiamo ri-prenotato per la Vigilia di Natale!

16/02/2025: If you are into offal this is one of the best places in Florence - and in the whole country: tripes, tongue, you name it. Extremely high quality ingredients, freshly cooked to perfection. Attentive if quick service and traditional atmosphere.
