After walking by it for over a year, we decided to try the pasta night. The price point for a salad/pasta/wine is perfect. The service was highly attentive and we really enjoyed the ambiance. I was pleasantly shocked by how well made everything is. We did come on a rather slow night, so it remains to be seen what happens when this place gets busy. But this was one hell of a first impression. Pasta was done correctly and the bread they served was extremely tasty. Will definitely return

This place is hands down my favorite pizzeria! The chicken parm sandwich is absolutely unbeatable—thin crispy chicken, mozzarella cheese, and the bread is always fresh. I always switch out the regular sauce for vodka sauce, and it takes it to a whole new level. If you haven’t tried it that way, you’re seriously missing out. Staff is always friendly and the service is fast. Highly recommend!

Gemellis is great and definitely worth a visit. I’ve been here a ton of times and tried plenty of items on the menu. The classic cheese pizza is great, the buffalo chicken pizza is great, and the chicken bacon ranch pizza is also great. The best pizza however in my opinion is the broccoli rabe pizza. There are several great pasta dishes as well. I would say the pizza is definitely what you would look at getting and nicer restaurant as opposed to what a classic traditional pizza in NY would taste like. The pizza is however quite good. The only reason for a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is due to the price. Since all the restaurants on this strip cater to Iona students and staff the prices are definitely a bit higher than they should probably be. I would definitely still recommend giving it a try.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I go there the food is delicious and the service is amazing. They go out of their way to make you happy. I tell everyone I know about this restaurant. Ordered Bake Ziti dinner with meat sauce. Let just say I am not a student at the nearby college. The bake Ziti was a bit lacking in cheese but most important the sauce and the pasta could have been tastier in my opinion. I don't mind paying 26.00, but the for tasty food.

14/03/2025: Nineteenth-century villa ...promises well, it's a shame that you find yourself in a totally different environment from what you might expect: modern and shabby furnishings, vintage-style metal plaques (but what's wrong with those large rooms???) the coup de grace is when they take me to the table in a well-heated but very noisy and completely anonymous outdoor area, strongly in contrast with the nineteenth-century villa......well, we're here to eat. The impression of having entered a classic village pizza restaurant is also confirmed by the menu, there is no wine list but the classic 1/4, 1/2 or 1L (even if I like it more than the glass) the food, in fact, does not offer particularities but there is all kinds of meat and fish. Satisfied(unfortunately) with the food, I'm scared of the bill: 1/2 liter of wine €12!!!!!!!!! that I didn't drink it all because I already felt impaired (and I drink it every day) To conclude, the expense is excessive for a simple dinner in a banal environment
