Ambiente molto bello. Servizio ottimo. Cucina leggera e gustosissima. Complimenti alla cuoca!

We ate well, spent right! The fish first courses were excellent, the fried fish was very fresh. We will be back.

I think I've had lunch at Gelsi about ten times, the standard has always been high, the place as a whole is very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, the fish 🐟 is their specialty to try, well done to all the staff and compliments 🍾

Al ritorno da una commissione ad Orvieto, ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante. L’ambiente si presenta pulito e ben armonizzato nel contesto circostante. Abbiamo preferito il menu di carne. I primi piatti con porzioni generose avevano il sapore di una cucina casalinga e genuina. Buonissimi i secondi. Il sevizio è stato attento e discreto. Comodissimo il parcheggio

We went to the restaurant for Easter Monday lunch. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff as always and excellent quality fish!

We have been frequenting this restaurant for decades and have seen it grow, maintaining the quality and kindness unchanged. In the heart of Umbria, a region without the sea, it serves excellent fish dishes (I particularly point out the mixed gratin), not to mention the truffle pasta. Good choice of Umbrian wines. Absolutely recommended.

Simply perfect. Every time I go, I find friendliness, helpfulness, education and quality. Very good. The pappardelle with wild boar were excellent, as were the scaloppine with white wine. The rustic appetizer was also good, but the first and second courses were better. Today, the seafood appetizer and grilled sea bream... always good! I would add that, unlike previous times, I had the grilled calamari, which were also very good

Diciamo che ho avuto la conferma di ciò che già conoscevo. Il ristornate I gelsi di Guardea è un buon ristorante dove mangiare carne o pesce di buon livello, con piatti tradizionali, senza che nessuno abbia da ridire. Servizio efficiente e cortese, prezzi i giusti ed locale accogliente. Non riesce però ad entusiasmarmi perché è da sempre uguale a se stesso. Buono, ma non eccellente .
