Local located near the seafront of Ostia. It was born as a takeaway place, but it has 5-6 tables with chairs outside, and stools with shelves. You arrive, you order, and if there are free seats you sit down. We tasted the gnocchi with scampi cream, the sautéed rice with vegetables and prawns, the fried anchovies, the aubergine meatballs and the fried calamari. All very good. The portions are quite generous. Prices for some dishes are a little high in my opinion, given that it is a takeaway service. Very fast service, even if apparently they seem a little disorganized, but it's only appearance, sit down and everything will arrive soon. Overall recommended!

Now if I go to Ostia the stop at the Gastronauts is a must. Everything, absolutely everything, is excellent, there's nothing else to say. Great!

One of the best takeaways in Rome. It has the possibility of sitting outside. If you pass through Ostia it's a must.

Very good food , the best anchovies I ever eat, very good pasta and salad. It's a very small restaurant, but the food and the people are great ! 👏 Also very close to the beach of Ostia Centrale

We tried the first courses and the fried breaded anchovies. Everything is always fresh and freshly prepared with love. Nice and friendly staff

29/06/2024: Di passaggio di fronte al maestoso palazzo della Corte Suprema, ci siamo fermati a pranzare in questo locale con qualche tavolino anche in esterno. Abbiamo provato degli ottimi paccheri all'amatriciana e dei buoni spaghetti alla gricia. Abbiamo provato anche dei suppli, delle olive ascolane e delle patatine fritte, tutto buono e per nulla unto. Per finire un buon tiramisù. Servizio giovane ma non sempre attento. Rapporto qualità / prezzo nella media.

25/08/2024: But how cute! Found by chance, friends. External and internal spaces. In summer the outside is very welcome. Wide menu, from pizza to fish. Traditional and other interesting dishes, and we liked them. It's not something that interests us anymore, but there is also a children's area, which in its day I would have appreciated very much. Pleasant experience, honest account too. The service guys are attentive without being invasive. A good place to spend a quiet evening. The only flaw, but really wanting to find one at all costs, and a common problem for the whole area, are the two/three planes from Ciampino airport that disturb dinner...... But we'll get over it... Thank you!
12/08/2024: Well done, well done! Great food, competent staff, the owner is great. The place looks very good, clean, with a very cute internal part and an enchanting external space ... with also a part equipped for the little ones. Very good quality/quantity/price ratio. It doesn't have parking, but to leave your car there is a very convenient clearing a few meters from the restaurant. Congratulations, I will definitely be back.
