A beautiful surprise in the heart of Prato. A welcoming, young and lively place without slipping into the usual "Americanization". The two managers, brothers, have really been able to combine a classic and elegant spirit with the desire of young people and adults to meet. A meeting place, clean, quiet, welcoming. We will definitely be back. Well done and thank you for the welcome.

We always go with friends for various birthdays.....the aperitif food is really good and plentiful, the service is fast and they are very nice. Too bad the scaffolding has been present for some time in the adjacent building which spoils it a little.

I just celebrated my birthday at I Frari delle Logge. Everything was perfect. The table under the cool and ancient arches, the guys were incredibly kind, the delicious food and...surprise sword fight!! Ten out of ten. ♥️

Excellent aperitif "like it used to be" and excellent drinks, not watered down to be clear. Fair price (17/18 euros). The place is beautiful, we are in the center of Prato and the courtesy is there. So everything is ok

Environment with an original but welcoming taste. Very good food, the wedding I attended went very well. The service staff was delightful and very helpful.... in short, I highly recommend it!!!!

24/04/2025: Very unique and quality food and selection of wines. Pleasant evening in the company of good food and fine wine selected and chosen by the chef. Impeccable and professional service. The idea of ​​being able to opt for the combination of wines and surprise dishes decided by the chef makes the dinner unforgettable. 01/01/2025: Positive experience even if perhaps the price is a bit high for the glasses of bubbles (4 glasses 28 euros Trento doc, very good but a bit overpriced) and 5 euros for the service, for the rest everything is ok, excellent platters of cold cuts and cheeses, excellent spaghetti with bottarga, excellent salmon and very good dessert, 64 euros per person a bit too much but given the occasion it was worth it

Hotel Ristorante Hermitage

14/07/2025: We had a short but truly special stay at this hotel, greeted from the very first moment with a smile and warm hospitality. Special thanks go to the staff, who pampered us down to the smallest detail and were extremely attentive to our usually shy dog: she immediately felt at ease here! The room was quiet and the bed extremely comfortable; we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was another highlight: plentiful, tasty, and with a wide selection of sweet and savory options, perfect for starting the day with energy. The hotel is nestled in an oasis of peace, surrounded by a pine forest that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The pool and terrace with a view complete the experience, offering moments of pure relaxation. We absolutely recommend this place, ideal for a regenerating break in nature, even with our four-legged friends!
08/07/2025: We stayed at the property for just one night. The hotel is well-located, elevated above the town, with views of the Florentine hills. The restaurant and spacious terrace are lovely, and the pool is worth a visit. Convenient on-site parking is available. Breakfast was very well-organized, with excellent products and a wide selection. Good value.
