One of the most authentic Italian experiences I've ever had.
The kind lady who welcomed us was in charge of everything. She enthusiastically worked so hard to make sure everything was ok for us and her other guests who were already there before us.
We had a cheese & cold cuts platter and beef fillet with porcini mushrooms.
She made everything perfect.
The view is amazing.
The food is delicious.
The service was sincere, timely, well organized.
The atmosphere of the restaurant simply takes you to a vintage movie scene. So Italian, so warm, so welcoming, so serene.
The brook beneath the outdoors area adds an undescribable peaceful tone...

The food quality is undoubtedly excellent, and the atmosphere is really nice if you eat on the terrace.
Service: the Lady really puts her heart and soul into it, but managing a place alone with orders, cooking, service and accounts is truly total chaos. I hope it was just a particular day when there was no service staff.

I can't imagine a more authentic, non-touristy dining experience in Italy. The food was delicious and the recommended wine outstanding. Bagnone is a gorgeous little town and the view from the balcony is extraordinary! To the owners: molto grazie!

This is the most beautiful restaurant in Bagnone. The terrace is magical and you can order a bottle of wine from the nearby vineyards for 14 euros. Local dishes, simple but damn good. The cheese board is top quality! The owner is really so heart-warming.
