Delicious pizza! We took two shovels, with capricciosa, mozzarella, croutons and mushrooms and sausage... One better than the other! The dough is halfway between the high Neapolitan pizza and the low Roman one. Nice crunch but also capable of retaining all the sauce and oil from the seasonings. The girls at the cash register were kind and welcomed us with a smile :) I will definitely be back
