I Due Magi In L'aquila

Excellent sandwiches; the liver sausage one is amazing, but the mutton and beef sausage are also good. Very friendly staff, and the food is truly delicious.

We were a group of eight, and we sat down around 2:00 PM, and unfortunately we had to wait a bit for our food. The guy did everything himself, was very kind and hospitable, and apologized for the wait, even offering us an amaro. And the sandwiches and lentils were excellent! I would gladly return.

If you're a biker or an Alpine soldier passing through L'Aquila, you can't miss this place. A few dishes and a few sandwiches made with the best ingredients from Abruzzo. The place is small, but the dining room, just 5 meters away, is truly welcoming and full of ideas. Organic products with NO COVER CHARGE or hidden charges. You'll pay the same as at a fast food restaurant, but you'll leave feeling much happier.

Luca welcomed us inside and immediately we hit it off. He told us about where they source their meats and which butchers they use. When I told him how great the food was he pushed it aside and said it all comes down to the quality of the meat. Had their lamb burger and their veal shoulder sandwich (like BBQ but better). He recommended toppings based on the meats and their flavors. Great food, atmosphere and host.

These are the best burgers I've ever eaten, I don't understand how it only has 4 stars
