From the pizza to the panuozzo and the buffalo mozzarella, everything was superb. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked spectacular, everything we tasted was divine. If you are in the area it is a necessary stop 💪🏻

Il 6 Dicembre 2024, con mia moglie, sono stato in questo ristorante che conosco da tantissimo tempo ma che non ci venivo da almeno 6/7 anni. Devo ammettere che i sapori non hanno deluso: i piatti erano ben preparati e di buona qualità, tuttavia, l’esperienza complessiva è stata penalizzata da alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati.
Come Entrée ci hanno portate due montanarine e noi abbiamo ordinato:
Due bruschette con salsiccia e friarielli e una con carciofo, una frittura mista (composta da una montanarina, patatine fritte, un piccolo crocchè e un mini arancino), una parmigiana di melanzane e due dolci (Forniti dalla pasticceria Sal De Riso di Minori), 2 coca zero e 1 acqua.
L’ambiente non era curato come ci si aspetterebbe da un locale di questo livello, e i prezzi sono risultati un po’ troppo elevati rispetto al servizio e all’atmosfera offerti (conto finale 60€).
Ritengo che con qualche accorgimento sul lato organizzativo e sulla gestione degli spazi, potrebbe diventare un’esperienza davvero completa.
Al momento, però, non mi sento di consigliarlo.

On 6 December 2024, with my wife, I went to this restaurant that I have known for a long time but I hadn't been there for at least 6/7 years. I must admit that the flavors did not disappoint: the dishes were well prepared and of good quality, however, the overall experience was penalized by some aspects that could be improved.
As an entrée they brought us two mountain girls and we ordered:
Two bruschettas with sausage and broccoli and one with artichoke, a mixed fry (consisting of a montanarina, French fries, a small crocchè and a mini arancino), an aubergine parmigiana and two desserts (provided by the Sal De Riso patisserie in Minori), 2 coca zero and 1 water.
The environment was not as well looked after as one would expect from a place of this level, and the prices were a little too high compared to the service and atmosphere offered (final bill €60).
I believe that with some adjustments on the organizational side and space management, it could become a truly complete experience.
At the moment, however, I would be undecided whether to recommend it.

Historic place in Vietri sul Mare where you can eat excellent pizza, excellent "cuoppi", or fried calamari, pancakes and shrimp and panuozzi. I recommend it for evenings in company with friends.

I often go to this pizzeria where I go to try their specialty, namely the panuozzo and the pizza and I must say that they are very good, the only thing to say is that the place in my opinion needs a rejuvenation.
