If you find yourself in Ovindoli, there's a small gastronomic treasure trove that's absolutely worth a visit: the "Divini Sapori" restaurant.
The owners, Silvia and Fabio, have brought with them the experience of their previous venture in the heart of Rome, beautifully blending it with the culture and ingredients of Abruzzo. Fabio, who is both the host and the chef, has created a menu of dishes capable of telling true "tales of taste."
The sensation, at the end of the meal, is one of perfect circularity: a journey through flavors that begins in one place and ends in a perfect circle.
The attention to ingredients is evident (and tasted) right from the appetizers: the fried egg with pecorino cream: a true delight. Special mention goes to the choice of ingredients: the eggs come from the local "Galline Felici" project (which we highly recommend checking out).
The gnocchi with marcetto are impressively balanced, while the cod-filled ravioli with cherry tomatoes and amaretti biscuits offer a riot of familiar yet surprising flavors.
Fabio's passion is contagious: you can tell he truly loves cooking, especially when he emerges from the kitchen and talks about it with his guests. Making the experience flawless is Silvia, the gracious and kind hostess. It's thanks to her that the space—though small—is truly charming, welcoming, and meticulously curated, revealing her excellent taste in decor. A perfect blend of Roman and Abruzzo traditions, managed with love.

Finally, a little place where you can feel at home and eat divinely, literally.
We tried the crispy egg on a cream of pecorino cheese and truffle, the real star of the dinner. The venison carpaccio was excellent, as was the donkey stew.
The chef's passion and experience shine through in every dish.
The hostess's flair is evident in every corner, and she has decorated the place with exquisite paintings that warm the atmosphere.
In short, the perfect place to try traditional dishes with a tasteful twist.
Just a stone's throw from home, it will become our favorite place!
