A surprise: even the dishes that might turn off those unfamiliar with Florentine culinary tradition are excellent.
A bit of a wait (which in my opinion is reasonable, it whets the appetite), but well worth it!
As for the pizza, a ruoto, made in a wood-fired oven. Perhaps too crispy for Neapolitans. But it still has its merits.
A sore point, and I say this because they took a risk, was the coffee.
I even asked if it was appropriate after the excellent dinner, and the maître d' replied, "Yes, of course!"
I'd do it again, but without the coffee, that's for sure! 🙂↔️!

Very friendly staff, fast service. Many locals eat there, which is always a good sign. The food is very good and reasonably priced. As a family, we recommend the restaurant.

Unprecedented efficiency! As soon as we arrived, we ordered, and within 10 minutes, we had our pizza. We were in a hurry because we had a long way to go. Very kind and friendly, and the pizza was delicious.

The pizza was so-so, but the traditional menu and desserts were delicious, especially the fried food.
Compliments to the staff, who were all extremely kind. To entertain my little girl, the pizza chefs even gave her a pizza ball to shape and then cooked it.

I returned yesterday after a long time, and I must say it did not disappoint.
We ate outside, and it was perfect. The atmosphere, both inside and out, is welcoming and well-kept. The waiters were attentive, kind, and charming. The service was excellent.
Yesterday they had fresh porcini mushrooms, and we couldn't resist. We ordered fried ones as an appetizer, along with polenta crostini with mushrooms, and coccoli with prosciutto and stracchino cheese: everything was perfect.
The pizza was delicious; it's just how I like it, thin and flaky.
The first courses were excellent; I had the seafood tortelli with squid ragù and zucchini flowers, and I highly recommend them!
The dessert was also good (the crème brûlée is definitely worth a try).
The ingredients used are top-quality.
Wheelchair accessible, and if you can't find parking in front of the restaurant, it's easy to find one nearby.
Prices are reasonable for this type of restaurant.
Highly recommended!
