I CherChi al Poetto In Cagliari

Fully satisfied with both the dishes chosen by my wife and I and the service received from the staff in the dining room. The dishes were truly delicious and I can safely say that the linguine with bottarga and clam cream left me really surprised. The fregula with seafood chosen by my wife was very tasty. The prices are in the average of those now found in Cagliari (€106 for two starters, two first courses, a bottle of white wine and two bitters). The waitresses are helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Pienamente soddisfatto sia delle pietanze scelte da me e mia moglie, sia del servizio ricevuto dal personale in sala. I piatti erano veramente deliziosi e posso tranquillamente dire che le linguine con la crema di bottarga ed arselle mi ha lasciato davvero sorpreso. La fregula con i frutti di mare scelta da mia moglie era saporitissima. I prezzi sono nella media di quelli che ormai si trovano a Cagliari (106€ per due antipasti, due primi, una bottiglia di vino bianco e due amari). Disponibili e simpatiche le cameriere. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Evening for old Cagliari, the castle, the tower, the center and then dinner at Poetto. Excellent restaurant in Villa Liberty. All very good, friendly and attentive staff.

Dopo una lunga giornata, decido di portare amici non sardi a mangiare in posto dove non far brutta figura e soprattutto qualche cosa di pesce ... ho optato per questo locale dove si unisce innovazione a cucina tipica e a fine serata tutti siamo rimasti soddisfatti... i primi buonissimi, la frittura di pesce superlativa e anche la tartare di tonno spettacolare! Personale cortese e disponibile e prezzi nella norma ... lo consiglio

Buonissimo! We hadn't booked and luckily there was only one table left for two people. The place is very well located along the promenade facing the beach and it's really not a tourist trap, the dishes were excellent, the homemade chips, gnocchi and above all the best tiramisu of our entire stay! Don't hesitate.

I was yesterday with a friend and I must say that Alice surpasses herself every time! Bravo and beautiful! We ate the chips, the mixed fry and the sea bass fillet with cherry tomatoes...all superlative as ever! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the service excellent. I have been going to the Cherchi al Poetto for years and have never been disappointed. Well done!!!

The food is real basic no taste, seafood mix grilled is tasteless and the pasta tastes just salty… staff is stressed out and it’s long way from good food and service

We didn't book and we arrived quite late but they still found a place for us outside the venue. The service was fast and professional but at the same time informal and always with a smile. Excellent and plentiful traditional Sardinian fish dishes! The roast fish is super recommended!! Fair prices. Thank you for welcoming us so pleasantly on our first day of vacation!

The mussel soup is among the best in Cagliari, and we have tasted many! The creamed cod was a sublime cloud, the tuna and the fried fish were excellent... some wines were missing from the menu, but the alternatives were very valid. What to say? We will be back to try the rest. Thanks also to the guys in the room.
