It's one of my favorite places. The restaurant where it's nice to meet up even without a special occasion. The fish is excellent both for how it is cooked and how it is presented. Highly recommended

The atmosphere is not bad, although sometimes you may encounter rude customers who don't bring prestige to the place, never mind, they too have to live. The food is one star less because it doesn't come close to the gourmet mentioned, the frying is inedible, gourmet can only be said about the varied food served with a little touch. The costs are also salty, €100 for two people without first or second courses of fish, or wine, just desserts at the end of lunch. It has nothing of the old "cavaddari" from a few years ago.

Sempre alla ricerca di buoni ristoranti nella zona del catanese mi imbatto in questo locale vicino ad Acireale .
Dopo la prima visita sono tornato più volte provando varie pietanze.
Posso dire che il punto di forza a mio parere sono gli antipasti : variegati sia caldi che freddi , di solito anticipati da un amis bouche offerto dallo chef.
Però poi si va verso in escalation al ribasso dove i primi non sono cucinati con maestria : la prima volta che ho mangiato il loro risotto cremolato mi è stato servito quasi crudo ; un’altra volta presi gli spaghetti con l’astice che sono risultati slegati (infatti il sugo risultava acquoso e insapore) e la pasta un po’ sciapa.
Buono il dessert : tortino al cioccolato dal cuore caldo ( ma dovete aspettare una ventina di minuti per la preparazione)
A proposito dei tempi di attesa , purtroppo il servizio e’ molto lento e un pranzo o una cena di solito dura delle ore quindi mettetevi comodi e nn abbiate fretta.
Tutto quando descritto e’ frutto di diverse cene e diversi pranzi fatti in questo locale che vuole essere chic ma che dovrebbe migliorare sia in cucina sia nei tempi di attesa del cliente.
Da riprovare più in là per vedere se e’ avvenuta qualche miglioria.

High expectations. A little disappointing. Fish-based dishes that are more than delicious... the desserts are better... excellent lemon semifreddo. Fast service...a little confusing.

Really nice environment, attentive and capable staff, I also have to compliment the chef on the food, but in my opinion it's still not 5 star.

Excellent food, we chose the Cavaddari route to taste some dishes.
At the beginning we were greeted with a glass of rosé and an entree from the chef, very good.
Then 6 appetizers arrived, the raw seafood was really excellent, but it was a little strange to see a salmon salad which doesn't really match the place, and the cooking of the octopus was a little behind. Afterwards we ate two first courses, a ravioli filled with prawns and a creamed risotto with shellfish, both good.
And then the second fish of the day, also good.
For dessert we chose a red fruit cheesecake and an almond semifreddo.
The restaurant is very nice and set in a nice place, shame about some micro details out of place in the room, such as the tables a little too big for two, and the plastic chairs, nothing serious obviously. Furthermore, there was some of the staff who was eating and the two boys were watching TikTok videos at very high volume, disturbing the atmosphere a bit.
Another slight flaw was the coldness of the service, the dishes were not explained to us well, and they were left quickly by the waiters even though there were not many people.
In any case, if you are a fish lover, this place is highly recommended, here I ate the best raw fish ever!

Coming from Milan, and being here on holiday we have been here three times. Very friendly staff, quality food and excellent prices. Surely, if we return to this area of Sicily we will return.

It's my favorite seafood restaurant. Chef Dario excellent, Daniele equally in the dining room, staff efficient and courteous.
Try it, you won't regret it.

Consigliato da amici, debbo dire che sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto, a cominciare dal poter cenare all’aperto dopo una giornata di afa infernale. Ci siamo fatti consigliare dal caposala, il quale ci ha servito una serie infinita di antipasti di mare fantastici, da non perdere gli gnocchetti e il polpo in griglia. Ottima la cantina, il servizio, il tovagliato. Tra le tante varietà di primi, eccezionali i paccheri ai crostacei. Ma tutto era davvero buono. Il conto vale la pena per ciò che si mangia. Appena sarò in zona ci tornerò volentieri.
