I had been many times at the Cavaddari in the past during my visits to Sicily. This one was disappointing. Pasta overcooked and with no taste, there was too much noise, children running everywhere like in a kindergarten. They have changed decoration and the place has lost its character and personality.
Staff polite and service good. What a pity…

Pesce fresco e buono, cucinato bene. Ambiente bello eravamo all'aperto. Servizio buono ma non eccezionale. Serviti quasi subito con stuzzichini e antipasto ma poi troppa attesa del primo e del secondo.

We had a very good time, we were in the garden courtyard of the house which was very nice (I think the interior is quite noisy). The food was fresh and of high quality, the taste and seasoning of the seafood pasta dishes (with garotes or allo scoglio) were excellent.

After many years I returned to eat in this place believing in the same treatment as always, but instead we found ourselves with initially hasty service to hurry up and eat. Choosing a fixed menu we received tasting appetizers of the type, a single oyster, two bull's eyes, a raw prawn, two octopus tails, some couscous, a small bowl of Luciana-style octopus, then immediately a risotto with cream, perhaps seafood, without the shadow of a fish on top and a forkful of pasta with clams. We got up after two and a half hours, hungry and disappointed at having ended up in a restaurant that was too gourmet.

Impeccable fish restaurant. Great attention is paid to the customer, dishes with attention to detail, a welcoming environment and excellent service.
Truly sensational dishes, delights for the palate.
Friendly staff, helpful and always ready to accommodate any request.
It was truly a discovery, I recommend it.

Lunch with friends, everything was really good. We had a mix of starters and first courses. Very fresh fish. Very satisfied. Excellent service, excellent location. I recommend it.

Truly exceptional, always impeccable. You just need a little more speed in the service, but when you chat with friends and eat well it's certainly not a problem.
