We went to this restaurant last night and were thrilled. The house appetizer was truly excellent, the asado meat was tasty and well-cooked, and it was paired with a good wine. A special mention goes to the staff: kind, welcoming, and extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

I've been going to this place during the summer for a couple of years....what can I say?...pansotti in walnut sauce and tagliata with potatoes...fantastic...well done!

Exceptional place, fabulous appetizer! Ask for the stracchino gratin; you'll eat it by the bowl with the cold cuts and focaccia! The sliced steak with mushrooms and potatoes melts in your mouth, sublime! The desserts are worth a double order! The pizzas must be delicious too; the tables near us ordered them, and everyone was happy! The service was truly delightful! The three of us spent €130, well deserved!

Fabio and Rosanna were really friendly and accommodating as we arrived just before closing for siesta time. They also catered for a nut allergy and put up with our barking dog. Food was delicious

This evening we went to the Ai Castagni restaurant and pizzeria on August 9, 2025. Fabulous dinner, very kind staff, amazing food. We had a delicious, excellent-quality sliced steak that melted in our mouths. A delicious cured meat appetizer followed by a dessert: mille-feuille with a spectacular cream, and a yogurt panna cotta with the freshest berries. What can I say? Thank you so much for everything. A pleasant evening, we had dinner in the garden, under a cozy wooden roof, it was nice and cool, very nice and clean place. The meat was amazing, a 1.5 kg Florentine steak, perfectly cooked, rare and tender as butter, the service very courteous and familiar, to return

02/10/2025: Nice selection of seafood, great people working there, very friendly and will answer you're questions. I mainly come here for the live maine lobster in a water tank and tuna saku blocks. They have quality oysters and a nice freezer section filled with stuff u can't normally find. I go out of my way to go here 1.30 hour drive, worth it every time.
15/09/2025: We just discovered this place in Google maps and decided to check it out. They have a great selection of seafood and great prices. They are tucked back from the road and not noticeable (I took a pic of the entrance). Very clean inside too! People there are very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back.

14/09/2025: We went to the new location on Via Fazio and had a great time. The food is very good, with typical Sardinian dishes. The staff was very friendly.
22/07/2025: A great discovery! A fairly small but very welcoming place, richly decorated with furnishings reminiscent of Sardinian traditions and culture. The staff was very attentive, yet unobtrusive. I personally found every dish superb, from the appetizers featuring hand-sliced Sardinian prosciutto, lean lard from Oristano, and even mustela, a personal request made directly to the owner (the owner and his wife are wonderful and very professional people), to sautéed porcini mushrooms, six different types of pecorino and ricotta with EXCEPTIONAL honey, vegetable tart, and grilled wild boar sausage. I forgot about the entree, crostini with porcini cream... Next, we opted for culurgiones alla campidanese, wonderful, never tasted so good. Next, porceddu, a dish worthy of a red veil... SUPERLATIVE dish. I've never tasted a suckling pig like this, not even in Orgosolo. Absolute compliments. Two lovely desserts, seadas (a type of pastry) and an excellent celery tart... All washed down with two lovely bottles of Cannonau, water, coffee, two uniquely presented Mirti (a type of liqueur), and a filo e ferru (a type of liqueur). A delicious evening, total price €60. I'll definitely be back. My compliments once again to the entire staff!!!!
