I Carracci Ristorante In Bologna

Ristorante dell’ Hotel Baglioni cinque stelle, che di rimando possiede un ristorante a 5 stelle, per location, servizio, e qualità del cibo. Là qualità dei prodotti e’ forse il punteggio maggiore. I tortellini in brodo un vero classico, eran quelli che ti aspetti mangiare a Bologna, con un gusto tradizionale. Il sapore del brodo era intenso, un sapore quasi antico.

Exceptional experience through and through. The atmosphere sets the tone with the beautiful ceilings by the Carracci brothers. The service was exceptional, on point, knowledgeable, with excellent pace. Andrea and Gianluca took excellent care of us. The food courses were an exceptional variety of choices with a more contemporary and qualitative approach yet keeping true to the world renowned Bolognese cuisine. It was the birthday of my wife and I appreciated all the wonderful attention and care. So,so happy we are only 1 hour 10 minutes away!

Foos was ok, service very elegant but also a bit over the top. Ambience nice.

We ate lunch here on Christmas Eve. The restaurant was very quiet with only three tables occupied but I suspect the outstanding service would be as good even if it was full. Extremely professional and knowledgable staff but not in the least stuffy. Food was excellent, wine list was excellent. Cocktails were excellent, might be the best negroni I’ve ever had and given we are in Italy that’s saying something. This is a classic old style restaurant, white linen tablecloths, impeccable glassware and service, and yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for in terms of the quality of food and service. My fish was cooked to perfection as was my pasta and all of my dining companions were similarly impressed. Special occasion restaurant but worth every penny. Highly recommended. Bravo

A Christmas of excellence at the I Carracci Restaurant in Bologna!

Surprisingly, I was taken to this historic and very renowned restaurant. It was an experience in every sense, dining in a historic, frescoed environment where historic people who have made history have passed by is truly a privilege. the menu and wine list are complete and very satisfying, the staff is highly trained and very polite. We asked for the chef because he made us dream with his dishes, the quail was lustful and also the tagliolini with truffle. congratulations to everyone!! and for those who can go I recommend it.....

Historic and elegant environment, transmits tranquility... We were there for lunch, a truly unique experience, because the dishes are really well prepared and tasty. We tried the "traditional tasting", so as to try the typical local dishes. Almost star service. Congratulations and I hope to return. I highly recommend.

Great family vacation experience.

Perfect old world dining. An excellent place to try the local delights, as they were meant to be eaten. The location itself is beautifully maintained with a fabulous dining room. as you descend the staircase ruins still stand within the building. It was magical. The restaurant felt like good value for the quality.

He comido en muchos restaurantes y tengo que calificar mi cena en I Carracci en el top 5 de mi vida. Entras en la elegante habitación con el hermoso fresco en el techo y te transportas a otro tiempo. Cada miembro del personal es tan amable, atento, bien informado y te hace sentir especial. El servicio es impecable. Desde el bouche de diversión hasta el pan, pasando por los aperitivos, la entrada, el sorbete limpiador del paladar (ojalá pudiera tenerlo todos los días) y, finalmente, el postre y el chocolate de cortesía que estás en un viaje culinario. Teníamos la carne y el cordero y estaban tan tiernos, cocinados perfectamente y delicioso. Todo está en un nivel mucho más alto así que date un capricho con una magnífica experiencia gastronómica, te lo mereces.
