Absolutely wonderful. Brilliant food (I had the six-course menu), superbly attentive service (they seemed to know each and every time what I wanted, observing unobtrusively) in a wonderful environment - and all this at a very reasonable price (everything's relative).
Go there if you're in Bologna or thereabouts.

The "Degustazione Tradizione" tasting menu was an excellent way to try some of the regional dishes. All of them were very tasty. The staff was friendly and professional. The painted ceiling brings a great atmosphere to the restaurant.

My girlfriend and I visited I Carracci on a very special day, the day she became my fiancée, and we couldn't have wished for a better place to end our celebration.
We chose the La Dotta, La Grassa, La Rossa menu, a €120 experience that takes its starting point from local Bolognese cuisine, upgraded to a sublime gourmet experience. Each dish delivered a sensory surprise and was composed with a balance and finesse that activated all taste buds. It was authentic, creative and completely perfect.
The service was second to none. After over a decade in the service industry, we were deeply impressed. The service was professional, present and extremely attentive without being intrusive. Their supervision of the evening was both calm and incredibly competent, it was clear that these are masters of the trade.
The venue is majestic. Sitting under the Carracci brothers' ceiling frescoes felt like stepping straight into a museum or 500 years back, historical, intimate and magnificent at the same time.
You Carracci provided a holistic experience, aesthetic, gastronomic and human, that we will never forget. Thank you for creating the setting for one of the most important evenings of our lives.

Partiamo innanzitutto dalla location,un meraviglioso salotto con affreschi offerti dai Carracci,fenomenali artisti bolognesi di un tempo.
Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione “La Dotta,la Grassa,la Rossa” che ritrae perfettamente la storia cittadina,dove il cibo è cultura e godimento.
La terrina di mortadella e i tortellini con crema di parmigiano stagionato ventiquattro mesi rimarranno per sempre nei miei ricordi,il tutto abbinato ad un servizio eccellente.
Ottima carta dei vini,queste sono esperienze che segnano in positivo.

Ristorante dell’ Hotel Baglioni cinque stelle, che di rimando possiede un ristorante a 5 stelle, per location, servizio, e qualità del cibo.
Là qualità dei prodotti e’ forse il punteggio maggiore. I tortellini in brodo un vero classico, eran quelli che ti aspetti mangiare a Bologna, con un gusto tradizionale. Il sapore del brodo era intenso, un sapore quasi antico.
