Excelent food, service and ambiance.

Very good restaurant, pleasant setting. The service is top notch, in English, Italian and French, always present but never intrusive. The tasting menu is original, subtle and the wine pairing proposed by the sommelier is judicious. In short, a very nice discovery.

An unforgettable experience in the heart of Bologna! The I Carracci restaurant is a true gem, where the elegance of the location combines perfectly with the refinement of the cuisine. The room, embellished with splendid seventeenth-century frescoes, creates a unique and evocative atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special evening. The service is impeccable: attentive, professional and never intrusive. The staff knows how to competently recommend both dishes and wine pairings. Congratulations to Stefano, Giordano, Andrea and Oreste! I highly recommend the tasting route for a complete trip. Excellent wine pairing!

This was our third time in Caracci. Amazing experience. The food was incredible and the service was on point as usual.

Very inspiring experience! Love the food, service. The ambience and light brings a whole romantic and local immersion of italian history. A real blessed experience. Delicious treats from the chef aligned with the meals we ordered too. I will definitely return when back in Bologna.

Ristorante dell’ Hotel Baglioni cinque stelle, che di rimando possiede un ristorante a 5 stelle, per location, servizio, e qualità del cibo. Là qualità dei prodotti e’ forse il punteggio maggiore. I tortellini in brodo un vero classico, eran quelli che ti aspetti mangiare a Bologna, con un gusto tradizionale. Il sapore del brodo era intenso, un sapore quasi antico.

In una Bologna che ha perduto la sua identità ( sono bolognese ) ho trovato un luogo dove l’habitat e la cucina esaltano la tradizione felsinea con intelligenti spunti di innovazione. Eccellente la petroniana rivisitata ed ottimi i tortellini accompagnati da una fonduta di parmigiano ( per la prima volta ho gradito dei tortellini non in brodo!) Ci sono piaciute anche le proposte non del territorio. Il servizio è cortese ed attento . Suggerimento : piegare il tovagliolo se un commensale si allontana dal tavolo, ci parrebbe un gesto gentile e doveroso per il luogo . Quanto alla location, si cena in un palazzo storico con un soffitto affrescato dalla scuola bolognese dei Carracci e si prende l’aperitivo ricordando Marinetti. Avevamo ospiti di fuori città : scelta perfetta!
