A positive experience. We tried the place out of curiosity, simply walking by and without a reservation on a Saturday evening (our fault). But they immediately welcomed us with open arms. The dinner, featuring various seafood appetizers, was excellent, both in terms of flavor and portions, and the staff, both at the tables and at the cash register (Mr. Luigi), were very friendly. The place gradually filled up, while still maintaining a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Catania's historic center, just 50 meters from Via Etnea. The menu is varied and interesting, from appetizers to first and second courses, with dishes in the purest tradition of Catanian cuisine, reminiscent of the cooking of our mothers and grandmothers—perfect for those who want to eat well! The other dishes we saw being brought to nearby tables also looked interesting. Table service was quick, with little waiting between courses. Again, the wait staff was very kind and always available. We'll be back to try the other dishes on the menu. Thank you all for a pleasant evening.

Today, my family and I had the pleasure of lunch at this restaurant located in the heart of the historic center, run by extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. The quality of the food is excellent, thanks to the carefully selected ingredients. Above all, we enjoyed the pleasure of traditional cuisine with a personal touch that made all the difference. We were very satisfied. We will definitely be back!

A very nice Sicilian restaurant. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not a pizzeria. The fish dishes are incredibly fresh; I recommend the Insalata di Polpo (octopus salad), Casarecce alla Catanese (spiced calamari), and Calamaro Ripieno (spiced calamari). The panna cotta for dessert is also homemade. A glass of Vino Bianco Grillo to go with it—this is the taste of Sicily. Thank you! The service was very friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately, quickly received our drinks, and then spent three hours enjoying our meal. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Let me start by saying we booked for New Year's Eve lunch without knowing the place. The atmosphere was well-kept, the staff were helpful and attentive, the food was truly spectacular, fresh fish, and impeccable dishes. What can I say? We're truly satisfied with our choice, and I know we'll definitely be back.

A lovely restaurant with excellent food! Since it was a bit chilly on the terrace, we ate inside even though there was only one small table left. It was busy and lively (Christmas Day), yet the service was outstanding and attentive. There were only a few tourists; most of the guests were locals. We had Stinco di Maiale and Pasta al pistaccio with prawns. Both dishes were delicious and perfectly prepared. Despite the crowds, the wait was acceptable. The prices were very reasonable. My best restaurant experience in Catania. I will definitely eat here again on my next visit to Catania.
