18/09/2025: I visited this place based on a recommendation from some friends. I'll give it 3 stars to avoid being too harsh, but the experience didn't live up to expectations. It's one of those places where you arrive full of enthusiasm, drawn by the name and the refined atmosphere, only to realize that perhaps it would have been better to stop at any anonymous kiosk in Romagna. Personally, I wasn't sold on the piada—but that's a matter of subjective taste. However, if you choose to position yourself at a "chic" level, with a cover charge and a restaurant with a refined aesthetic, there are certain things you simply can't afford. One above all: serving ham with the rind unpeeled. Unacceptable. On a positive note: the service was courteous and the girls in the dining room were very friendly. A shame.
