Excellent place, typical tavern, pleasant environment from the first telephone contact for the reservation then in the welcome at the entrance and the accompaniment to the table, in short impeccable service also in the description of the various dishes with any advice if requested. Then a good variety of dishes, all with seasonal ingredients and therefore truly fresh and nothing frozen, to choose from on the menu with even some off the menu. Starters, first courses, second courses and side dishes, even pizzas, then desserts and finally coffee and bitters or digestives, all delicious and the portions generous. The time spent at the table here was completely pleasant, we are always happy to return.

This is my first dinner in Roma. The carbonara is super good! especially the egg sauce, very smooth and tender. Chinese people will definitely like it. The bacon inside is a bit like Xiangxi bacon, which is very good!

We found this tavern by chance and fell in love with everything, from the food to the location and the service. The place is very characteristic and inside you can feel the atmosphere of home; the menu offers typical Roman cuisine; the staff very friendly and the owner super nice. We ate really well. The off-menu cacio e pepe with chicory was phenomenal. The portions are also very generous. The service is fast and professional. All the waiters have smiles on their faces. The price/quality ratio is very good. We hope to return soon!

Guanciale is an art for a few and the one contained in last night's gricia was crunchy and tasty. Rome is my favorite city for the memories I associate with it, including local cuisine. Thank you, Hostaria! Also delicious are the "bombette" (the diminutive is nice) with colonnata lard, walnuts and honey and the indispensable supplì.

Tried it by chance one day for lunch. What can I say, wonderful! A place that remained as in my childhood memories when we went out to eat on Sundays. Simple dishes but cooked by God. Artichokes, gnocchi all delicious. The owner was very nice and the service was impeccable.

Cozy place. Appetizer with courgette flower bruschetta and good supplì. Some impressions in the service, but it was really fast. The pizza is also good, well cooked, crunchy and abundant in toppings. Excellent value for money

20/01/2025: Positive: The food was phenomenal. We started with an appetizer of Abruzzo cured meats and bruschetta. As first courses, bucatini amatriciana and pappardelle with wild boar ragù. Two bitters offered. Ricky, the waiter, was very kind and professional
08/01/2025: It’s so far the most impressive meal we have had in Rome. It’s a Tuesday night and a lot of other restaurants in the area were empty yet this place was busy - and you would understand why once you step in. Our host/waiter/ragazzo-si-sala all in one guy Ricky runs the entire show taking care of all full 10 tables in this neighborhood gem. As busy as he was, he tended to details of our needs. He recommended food (including gluten free meals) and drinks, gave us complementary appetizers and desserts - he was a big part of the charm of this place provides! The dishes are all delicious and very very reasonably priced. Ricky amazed us by running this one person show the whole night with grace and ease. He certainly deserves a double salary since he was doing what it would take 2-3 people to do in other places! It’s obvious a local favorite but tourists like me immediately falls in love with. Come and you’ll not be disappointed!!!

28/01/2025: Formidable tavern in the heart of Pomezia. A very well-kept place that offers perfectly executed traditional Roman dishes. The owner is very helpful and attentive to customer requests. Recommended for both lunch and dinner to savor typical Roman dishes.
