I came, I saw and I ate. Traveling to Rome for pleasure and want to try a typical Roman dish? Come to HOSTARIA ROMANA ENRICO, you won't regret it! Appetizer of small plates of typical Roman dishes such as tripe with sauce and pecorino cheese, rather than tripe with beans or stew with porcini mushrooms; not least sautéed chicory with crispy bacon or sausages in wine. Moving on to the first one we move on from the tonnarelli alla carbonara executed with great skill, to arrive at the tonnarelli with the vaccinara tail. Friendly atmosphere, chatty and friendly staff. In short, absolutely worth visiting.

Unfortunately, very slow service, even if they were kind, but you cannot ask to serve the second course at the same time as the first because there are tables to be served so we would have had to wait too long. I had booked too! (That your attention is directed more towards regular customers?) The result was that the meat got cold and we couldn't eat it. NB when you bring the container to take away leftover food, the aluminum foil must be new and not wrinkled which could appear to have already been used. However, as I already wrote, the food is good.

The trattoria of the past ... which no longer exists .... I would add the Roman stornelli with a low volume, then it would be the best ....

We have gone to this Roman hostaria several times and have always had a good time: both for the perfect hospitality and for the value for money. We rate this place very highly.

The best carbonara in Rome! I also made the slipper. Wonderful and familiar environment, with a super friendly and friendly owner. I go back whenever I can.

A simple tavern, to choose when you want to feel safe and want to eat a good Roman dish or even a low pizza. Very good appetizers, especially the fried ones, but also the tomato bruschetta. I will definitely try the grilled meat one of the next times. Fast service and large spaces, whether you want to stay inside or choose to stay outside. Very patient even with pizza tables from the end of the school year. Really honest prices. Another detail that could guide the choice... A large free car park in front of the restaurant, which is no small thing

I've eaten several times in this pizzeria tavern, the pizza is very good, it's what I prefer about the place, it's well digestible, the homemade toppings are good but not among the best I've tasted, the desserts are also very good, nothing elaborate but we're talking about a Osteria, the service is very quick, I have never had to wait long, in fact as soon as you sit at the table water and various drinks arrive, it has a pleasant outdoor veranda where you can eat on warm summer evenings and a convenient private car park in front of the restaurant which should not be underestimated, especially for the area, where it is quite difficult to find a space. Overall a good fighting place where you can eat reasonably well and spend moderately.
