A small, family-run trattoria in Ciampino. As soon as you enter, you're immediately put at ease by their kindness. The menu features all the traditional Roman dishes, well-prepared and, above all, generous. First courses are served on a plate or left in the pan they were cooked in. Visiting this little trattoria is like being at home. The appetizers are also very good. I'll be back as soon as I can, as I didn't manage to eat the main courses because, after the array of house appetizers and the first course, I unfortunately couldn't finish the second course.

Fantastic experience
Authentic trattoria with bold flavors. The first courses are exceptional; I highly recommend the gricia and carbonara. Fast service and a welcoming atmosphere. Five stars, well-deserved!

The menu features traditional Roman dishes and more. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. We each had an appetizer, dessert, and a first course, spending about €40 for two. The pasta was served directly from the pan! The owner is very friendly and helpful, and was incredibly helpful in recommending what to order. Highly recommended!

Scary....you don't get paid a cent outside (more for the street than for the place itself)... instead. Legendary service. You don't even have time to sit down before you find yourself with water and bread in front of you. The appetizer for one is said to be enough for two... but instead it's enough for three. First and second courses are not traditional... more oxtail... tripe... meatballs... and pajata. You spent a pittance... and then, how much you eat and everyone around you is beautiful and cheerful... the food is better.

If the crumble had been of a higher level I would have given 5 stars, unfortunately it disappointed me, the rest "superlative" characteristic of the environment.
