If the crumble had been of a higher level I would have given 5 stars, unfortunately it disappointed me, the rest "superlative" characteristic of the environment.

On our way back from the airport, we stopped at this rustic Roman trattoria. Everything was excellent, from the kind and friendly staff to the overflowing pans of carbonara. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. Thanks!

Authentic atmosphere, warm welcome, and cuisine steeped in true tradition. The traditional dishes are simply extraordinary, the portions are generous, and leave you feeling happy and satisfied. Excellent value for money, we'll definitely be back!

13/01/2026: A welcoming atmosphere and friendly, professional staff, always attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the food didn't entirely meet my expectations. I especially disliked the carbonara: its flavors were unbalanced and far from what one would expect from such an iconic dish. Overall, the experience was pleasant thanks to the staff, but there's definitely room for improvement in the cuisine.
10/01/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times and it has never disappointed us! The food—fish, meat, and pizza—as well as the desserts are truly delicious! Last night we had seafood dinner and it was excellent! Creamy scampi risotto was perfectly cooked and delicious! As were the mixed roast fish and fried calamari! The owners and staff were incredibly kind and professional! Excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!
