A Roman trattoria in Ciampino.
Food neither good nor bad...
The cured meats were average,
the tripe with dried mint was not.
The giblets and beans with pork rind were good, but the lentils were too watery.
The carbonara was better than the matriciana, the pasta was well-cooked.
The bottled wine was insanely priced for the quality and the markup.
The service was courteous, friendly, and always smiling.
It's fine for an evening with friends.

Roman cuisine, not too heavy, not bad; quick service, although a bit imprecise at times (but the place was full, understandably). Overall, although it wasn't a memorable experience, we didn't have a bad time.

Ottima accoglienza, ambiente con tavoli adeguatamente distanziati.
Piatti abbondanti e molto buoni.
Abbiamo preso un antipasto Ofelia per due, una coda alla vaccinara e un ossobuco con due cicorie ripassate, acqua 1/4 di vino.
Amaro della casa offerto.
