I'm absolutely thrilled! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished, and very comfortable. I particularly like the cozy bed and the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for a restful sleep. The bathroom was also very well-maintained and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellently varied. The hotel's location is also ideal: central yet quiet. All in all: a perfect hotel experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

We stayed just one night. Everyone was very friendly, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the tortelli were excellent. It's worth returning.

The tortelli mugellani were delicious, generous portions, fast service and we hadn't booked, very young staff, very friendly and nice, highly recommended
