The staff were very friendly, and the owner was a truly nice person. The appetizers were delicious, and the first courses were delicious. We'll be back very soon!

We came back after a while, had pizza for dinner, unfortunately the edge was completely burned, more or less on all the pizzas ordered, a shame because the ingredients were good, otherwise everything was ok, however, it could be improved, I will try other dishes next time.

Very good, fast and excellent value for money. We ordered a starter, main course, dessert, drink for 3 and we barely paid 115€ for more than generous portions, more than delicious dishes and very friendly staff. We highly recommend it if you are in the area, it is worth the detour.

The welcome was great and we immediately felt at ease! The food was also very good and I would eat the same dishes again (and not only those) very willingly. The staff was also very kind and they also welcomed my dog! Highly recommended place! Second day: after the result of the first visit, we decided to return to try the pizzas! Those were super good too! Light and digestible dough, excellent quality ingredients (the smell of the pizzas is really inviting). Once again we highly recommend the visit, satisfaction is guaranteed!!! You will also find a lot of friendliness and cordiality!!!

03/06/2025: Preis-/Leistung ist schwer zu toppen. Ein wunderschönes Abenderlebnis. Service Top! Essen Top! Wir hatten einen Tisch mit schöner Sicht in die Landschaft. Reservieren ist empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder.
17/02/2025: Se per lo Staff di Sala si può far valere l'assunto "squadra che vince non si cambia" con lo spettacolare Chef de Rang Dean a Capitanare ragazzi professionali, attenti, discreti e preparati come Sofia, Francesco e Matteo, la Rivoluzione operata in cucina con l'arrivo del "Duo Maravilha" Giacomo Bussotti e Neri Reggioli ha decisamente alzato il livello. Materia prima di gran qualità elaborata e presentata in maniera eccelsa. Sapori e Sentori di una volta rivisitati in versione attuale con tecnica sopraffina...esaltazione sensoriale allo stato puro. Cantina da mille e più vitigni ed etichette. Degustazione verticale con abbinamento al calice da sogno. Giornata memorabile...OLTRE!!! Bravissimi tutti.

Formaggioteca Terroir

09/04/2025: La Formaggioteca Terroir è un piccolo locale nel quartiere di San Niccolo’ dedicato ai formaggi ed ai vini italiani e francesi dove è anche possibile gustare i formaggi abbinandoli alle tante etichette presenti. La serata a cui ho partecipato, organizzata dall’Accademia della cucina italiana, è stata dedicata alla sfida tra i formaggi italiani suddivisi in cinque gruppi, a crosta fiorita, croste lavate, paste molli, paste dure ed erborinati con altrettanti formaggi francesi appartenenti alle medesime categorie. Hanno vinto i formaggi italiani grazie ad eccellenze come il Parmigiano Reggiano ed un incredibile Sasso Forte toscano che ha battuto sua maestà il Roquefort ma devo dire che c’erano altre eccellenze come il Comte’ francese una buonissima fontina d’alpeggio ed il Langres francese. Tra i vini ottimo il Petit Chablis Domaine Gerard Tremblay ed il Sasso Forte un rosso intrigante, su tutti il Monbazillac Clos l’Elvege 2018 che nulla ha da invidiare al Sauternes. Bella serata
04/02/2025: Il locale è molto carino e molto accogliente e si trova in una posizione leggermente defilata rispetto al centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il personale è stato gentile e sorridente. Ottimo il tagliere di formaggi che ci ha fatto fare un viaggio in Francia. Buono il crostone. Mi sarei aspettata qualcosina in più dal tagliere di salumi. In generale, è stata una buonissima esperienza, ma ho trovato il conto un po' sopra la media.
