Each dish, the fruit of Chef Adriano's mastery, revealed care, technique, and sensitivity, creating harmonious and authentic flavors.
The hospitality of the owner Marco created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, helping us feel more than just guests, but part of a shared experience. The dishes, paired by Antonio with carefully selected glasses of natural wine, blended together in an emotional crescendo, bringing our taste buds to a true apotheosis.

Another place that stole my heart, now 5 years ago. I've watched this place grow from strength to strength.
The chef's menus are pure fun. From 3 to 7 courses, they truly amaze. Always different, always exciting. The wine list is like a novel by a renowned author.

Our lunch experience at Hydra was excellent in every way. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Given the beautiful garden, we opted to sit outside, but after a few minutes due to the excessive heat, we asked to be moved, and the staff seated us inside in no time and without batting an eyelid. They had already brought appetizers and water, which they promptly brought back (unused) to our new table, as if we had just sat down. The place is very aesthetically pleasing, both inside and out. The service manages to combine professionalism and elegance with a down-to-earth and informal atmosphere. The food was excellent. There were no disappointments. The eggplant parmigiana cappuccino was spectacular. We ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail, and it was delicious and anything but ordinary. The tasting menu included an entree, appetizer, first course, and dessert, and none of the courses were up to par. One last note: the quality/price ratio was excellent. €120 for two to eat excellent food in a well-designed restaurant with quality service. I'd like to point out that the tasting menu isn't just a sampling, but actual portions. I'll definitely be back :)

A culinary oasis in Salerno, with a very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, attention to detail, and each dish is a feast.
IDA White Wine from the Colli di Salerno,
Varietal: Falanghina. Greenish yellow, floral and fruity aroma, and fresh flavor.
Fregola pasta, roasted pepper cream, sour cream, capers, and olives.
Candied blackberry, squash blossoms, parsley oil, and smoked milk.
Octopus, potato with basil and radishes.
They speak Spanish; everything is delicious.

Bonjour,
Nous avons diné un soir chez vous, voici nos impressions:
- Belle salle
- Très bon accueil
- Cuisine plus que correct
- Vins : coefficient multiplicateur un peu trop élévé, x0,75 de trop, bouteille commandée, au nez ça va, de la réduction, un peu d'oxydation, je fais un signe de de tête que ça va être bien, puis par contre en bouche rien de tout ça... un bouchon présent, vraiment dans le coté bois mouillé, armoire de mamie. Je lui dis " There is a cork, you should try it, maybe you'll tell me if it need some oxygenation?" il sourit, rigole, tourne les talons et part... Bon communication compliquée, je suis en vacances, je n'ai pas envie de me battre, je bois la bouteille en espérant vraiment que ça évolue, hélas non.
- 2eme actions amusantes lors de la commande du dessert : Le serveur/ Barmen, arrive. nous tend les carte et dit " If you have some space for the dessert". Ma compagne prend le chocolat et je lui dit en reprenant sa formule " nothing for me, no space available, gracie", il revient avec deux desserts... On commence à se demander si vraiment ils nous prennent pour des pigeons. Le Personnel était plus attiré par leurs amis au comptoir
On paye 200€ et on part.
Ce fut une soirée quand même agréable, mais il est vrai que si des amis visitent la région nous les orienterons vers nos autres options.
En espèrent vraiment que c'était juste des problèmes de compréhensions.
