I chose Hydra to celebrate my second child's baptism because I had already enjoyed the excellent cuisine and the refined, elegant location. Everything lived up to my expectations, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent and beautifully presented food. Kudos to the owner, Marco, and his staff, who made the day special and met everyone's needs admirably.

We tried the restaurant using a smartbox that included a four-course tasting menu. Upon arrival, we were served a very good welcome appetizer, followed by leavened pastries accompanied by olive oil. The tasting menu included an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. The dishes were truly delicious and refined. The risotto was truly excellent. Excellent wine selection. The service was very precise and attentive. Our experience was truly positive and definitely recommended.

We were there a week ago. The atmosphere was incredible, the service and the vegetarian menu were an explosion of flavor, a blend of textures, and a combination of high-quality food.
The pairing with the wine selected by the sommelier was perfect.

Michele and the team were very present and extremely friendly. We had the five-course menu for €60 (lots of fish!) with a bottle of Gewürztraminer (€30) and a cozy and romantic table in the courtyard. Excellent cuisine (cappuccino parmigiana!). Every course was a hit. Thank you for a wonderful evening, one that will linger long after...

Very unique dishes and excellent quality products. We ordered three dishes and the shrimp tartar was truly delicious. The white chocolate and apricot cheesecake is exquisite! Excellent value for money. The waiters are all friendly, and the bartender was able to accommodate my request for a non-alcoholic drink. The owner is really kind!! We'll be back.

El restaurante es uno de los más bonitos de la ciudad seguro. Un patio donde se puede cenar durante la primavera verano y estilizar otras habitaciones. Hermosa bodega y hermoso estado de ánimo. El servicio era impecable, pero la comida tiene que mejorar. La calidad es muy alta, pero me gustaría revisar la combinación de elementos y por eso mis tres estrellas.
