Kindness and helpfulness are definitely Villa Zoia's main strengths. The reserved covered parking is very convenient, allowing you direct access to your room's floor. The only downside I found was that, in my opinion, the rooms lack general maintenance. The breakfast was a complete buffet.

27/10/2025: A large and very nice place, with super friendly staff. We went on Saturday evening for pizza, which they have a wide variety of, including several gluten-free options. All were very good and very filling. They made a mistake in making one, so they came over to apologize and bring chips to pass the wait, which unfortunately turned out to be quite long. The desserts were quite expensive and not very good, but when they saw that we left almost all of one, they tried to resolve the situation by asking if we didn't like it and asking if we wanted another. In short, super attentive, well done! It's a shame they work shifts, but for two hours, so that's okay. Recommended!
