Hotel Villa Borghi In Varano borghi

The old villa is very beautiful, but we were checked into the second building on the third floor. It was quite clean, but cold. The system for increasing the temperature didn't work. The girl at reception calmly gave us a kettle when we asked for hot water.

Modern building. Rooms are good. Bed is for me too soft and not that comfortable. Unfortunately the door couldn’t be closed completely. And the bathroom is for nudists, because there is no blind available. It’s was a bit noisy. Due to the huge amount of tourist coming and going by busses the breakfast restaurant was so crowded that I skipped it.

Beautiful hotel and if you come off-season, the price is absolutely fair!

Yes, the restaurant is very good. Reservations are recommended. The rooms in the annex are well-equipped. Breakfast is available in the park. There is no bar in the villa itself. You can get a drink in the lounge. The staff speaks English. Hikes around the lake and the nature reserve are possible. The paths around the lake are very well-maintained, but you have to share them with cyclists. Mosquito repellent is required at the pool after dusk.

Elegant, exquisite villa that has a charm in every nook and corner. Everywhere you look, you’ll find amazing details. Located in the (rural) town of Borghi, place itself is so calm. The lake is slightly visible from the property, and only a 15 minute walk away. The town is explorable by foot, you would enjoy the beauty of the town and its houses. Room was decently appointed and very spacious. Breakfast was okay.

Good morning, I stayed for 2 nights, nice place, large rooms, the room service needs to improve, perhaps more staff is needed since they forgot to make up my room one day, the Scuderia restaurant is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel.

Nice, quiet and authentic hotel in an amazingly green area with a small but nice pool away from the building. Old style and with lots of personality, a library to chill in, a garden to wander, and if you don't mind squeaky floorboards in the old villa, this is the dream. Staff were reserved but friendly, we felt right at home, and the staff gave guests space to just be. Fantastic associated restaurants (both La Scuderia and O'Lac), even though the breakfast was a bit plain. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was well made, and the staff were friendly. The town was lovely, and early morning walks around the lake were wonderful. Underground parking was spacious and easy to access. Traintracks run relatively close by, but the trains are so sparse that it didn't ruin the experience. We had a wonderful time at Villa Borghi and will return. It feels a bit like a hidden gem that I hope not too many people find and ruin this place, but I wish the staff and owners all the best.

A wonderful experience, a magical place, and super friendly staff. The breakfast could definitely be improved, with quality ingredients and more choice for a 4-star hotel. Elegant atmosphere, young and enthusiastic service. If I may, please also leave a tip for the front desk, who, as much as they could, made our stay more enjoyable and added a "human" touch.
