The most wonderful place ever, quite for a perfect relaxing staying. Service, breakfast, all great. We enjoyed like in an italian movie😍😍😍

Villa Borghi is a charming hotel with a tranquil atmosphere and beautiful lake views. However, it’s in a small village with limited taxi availability, so guests should arrange transportation in advance.

It's not worth the 4 stars at all. Only the exteriors are magnificent, but it's not very clean. In the villa rooms, there's no kettle or anything to make tea or coffee. No bottled water provided after each room cleaning. The spa is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We arrived on Monday evening and left on Thursday morning, so great. They could have given us a heads-up. Breakfast isn't much, and you have to keep asking for more supplies. The pool doesn't open until June 20th; they didn't let us know either. In short, it's way too expensive for me.

Good morning, I have stayed several times in this hotel, also using the junior suite. The reception staff are polite and kind, the rooms are impeccable but: there are no explanations for using the Smart TV remote control, there is no waste bin (only one in the bathroom), toiletries not suitable for a junior suite (a multipurpose bottle instead of shampoo and shower gel), breakfast room on a crowded morning the waiting time and table resetting could be improved, despite the staff being helpful and kind

Beautiful Hotel. Part "old" as well as modern. Very friendly service. A park to live. Huge underground garage. The rooms are large and nothing is missing☀️

The hotel is made up of two distinct parts: the old villa and the modern annex; we slept in the annex. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The entire structure is very well maintained, with large spaces and convenient parking. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. The restaurant-pizzeria was excellent. Villa Borghi is in the center of a very small village, in a few minutes you can walk to the lakeside, the few shops and cafes, and the various restaurants in the area. The location is convenient for reaching, by car, the other tourist locations in the area.

We had a lunch at hotel villa Borghi restaurant O´Lac. The food was very good! They have also a very good vegan menu. And the service was also good. Very beautiful location to celebrate events.

Very nice main house, rooms in the annex building are spacious. Pool is only included for rooms in the main building??? - I neither booked the annex building nor could I choose it. The breakfast is a disaster: the cheapest jam, honey, juice from Metro's own brand, egg dishes from the pack, cold bacon and fried vegetables, canned fruit salad, filter coffee from the thermos, there are always not enough cups and plates, juice and water are always out, croissants and other dishes take a long time to be refilled. Although there are numerous staff, they are very slow and seem to be overwhelmed with the task (the number of breakfast guests is known). Even though a table is cleared, cleaning supplies and dirty cleaning rags just remain there... A complaint is only acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders - true to the motto of being an annoying guest. Conclusion: The look and ambience of the house are good, the house rules should be reconsidered, the breakfast has a lot of scope and potential for upward development (in terms of content and staff), and is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. I can't write a review about the restaurant and the wellness area because they weren't used.
