We had such a lovely stay in this hotel! Travelling with our family and a couple of friends. The hotel is super comfortable, the staff is friendly, food is delicious. Relax area is very nice as well. We like Travelling " off peak" generally and it wasn't too crowded at all. Just perfect. Thank you to the whole staff of the hotel ♡

Excellent! Super clean rooms, varied and consistently delicious food, a top-notch spa area, and a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool with 30°C hot water. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! Highly recommended, we'll gladly return for our next vacation!

Fantastic experience. The location is excellent, close to Bressanone and several ski areas. We found the staff to be professional and helpful. The restaurant offers impeccable service and exceptional cuisine. They also organize excursions and experiences every day. I highly recommend it.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, all the staff very friendly! The owner personally greeted us and asked if everything was alright during our meal! We enjoyed a fantastic hot stone massage, and the spa area was beautiful and clean! Breakfast and dinner were wonderful and varied! Excellent value for money!

Topnotch service from checking to check out 👍 Covered parking ✅ Parking for your bicycle✅ Very friendly and helpful service + welcome drink on check in 👍 You can get all the information for activities and rentals exactly in the hotel, you even can rent the bag pack from your room. Rooms are super clean and tidy, only the bathroom was quite small for me. We’ve got an extra bed for baby for free. Spa is included, and the outdoor pool was also available by the mid of October. Food is great, amazing options for breakfast and you can order the dishes from menu for lunch and dinner ( by the way portions are really big) Definitely will be back here 🤍

Hospitality at its finest. All staff are genuinely kind and caring. I would highly recommend this place. The restaurant was simply fantastic; We (family of four) had full menu's and the options were great, including meat, fish and vegetarian options. The food was not only looking good, but also very tasty. And let me add: the waiter was the best.
