We were only there for dinner. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated and clean.
The service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre for such a place. Given the prices, we would have expected much more.

Excellent location if you're staying in the Aurina Valley, a 3-minute drive from the Spikenboden ski lift, and an easy walk from the hotel to the Riva waterfalls and the castle.
The stay was peaceful and relaxing, and there's the option of dining in the hotel restaurant (all very good). The breakfast was top-notch!

My boyfriend, my dog, and I stayed at Spangla for three nights in the first week of August, and we had a wonderful time! The property is welcoming, clean, and nestled in a stunning mountain setting. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast and attention to detail in the rooms were also excellent. Perfect for those who want to unwind and enjoy nature with their four-legged friends. A well-deserved 5 stars!

We'd been there a few years ago and were on the safe side. It was very different from how we remembered it. The portions were smaller than last time, and the presentation of the dishes had changed (the rosticiada, for example, was served in a nice pan that kept it warm while you ate it). The polenta was good but bland, the dumplings were tasty, and the platter of cured meats and cheeses was good in terms of portions and quality.

Very friendly staff, spacious room with a view, excellent food in a beautiful stübe. The sauna area is excellent. A pleasant holiday dedicated to absolute relaxation and mountain walks. Recommended hotel.

Restaurant review: We're not guests at the hotel. We ordered veal rosticciata and polenta with mushrooms and sausage. The dishes were adequate but lacked flavor, especially for the price. The bread basket contained four small pieces of white bread. We asked for more bread, which was the same quantity and quality, but was charged three euros. I won't add anything else.

We only stayed one night at the Spanglwirt. We had dinner there and received excellent service and wine advice. Run with heart, everything in a refined farmhouse style. The room was okay - unfortunately, it faced the street, where cars drove by all night. Bring earplugs! The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly.

Sehr gute Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal und der sehr freundliche Chef. Die Qualität des Essens lässt keine Wünsche offen. Habíamos oído grandes cosas sobre Spangla, nos costó mucho encontrarlo ya que Apple Maps lo tiene en el lugar equivocado. ¡Por suerte lo encontramos! Y valió la pena. Carbonara estaba deliciosa y el asado de cebolla estaba muerto. Los servidores eran tan maravillosos, que incluso tuvimos un recorrido por la bodega al final, que era tan genial! ¡Todo en una gran comida!
