I can't talk about the rooms because we only stayed for dinner...fantastic from the buffet to the menu we ate really well...the environment was also well looked after

We stayed last week for three nights. The Christmas air made our stay at the hotel magical. Very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa is equipped with various relaxation areas and services. The cuisine is good. Diversified and tasty dishes. The location of the hotel allows you to arrive in Merano 2000 in a short time and with a convenient bus service that passes right in front of the hotel, to arrive in Merano. What I recommend to visit.

Beautiful hotel in a dream location, the spa area is small but nice, a vegetarian menu was offered upon request. Come again!

We stayed at the Hotel Sonnenheim for the first time with our family and our three children and we were completely thrilled. The host family is extremely warm and committed. The service team was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was excellent - from the fresh, varied breakfast buffet to the delicious evening menu. The entire hotel was very well maintained and welcoming. We also particularly liked the SPA area, which is cleverly divided into an over-16 area and a separate children's area - ideal for all age groups. Many regular guests speak for the high quality of the house. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We were only day guests and asked if we could use the SPA because of the weather. The day experience was incredible. The boss is still working here. Down to earth and friendly. A new, beautiful SPA area with mountain views. Dinner was super tasty at fair prices. Personal farewell and an unforgettable day. You have to come here! This is vacation.

Very positive experience. The structure of the hotel is excellent, large common areas, a beautiful panoramic terrace and an exceptional restaurant. Dinner is refined and varied. Excellent buffet of appetizers and delicious dishes served at the table. Buffet breakfast with high quality products. Large double room, several relaxation spaces and indoor swimming pool, plus spa available. I really liked the organization of sauna for adults without costume and sauna for families with costume. Everything very clean. We will return with pleasure.
