The place remains the same as it was many years ago, where I used to go with my friends to hang out. Renato and his wife are two fantastic people, and they remain so. Immersed in nature, in a place of peace and serenity. A fantastic place on hot city days, where you can breathe in the fresh air. The food is excellent and authentic, and the service is fast and precise. The facility is well-maintained and clean. The adjacent chapel is fantastic. The exterior is well-maintained. Kudos to those who carry on all this with love and dedication.

Hotel ristorante immerso nel verde,la signora Serena fantastica, eccezionale il tartufo,carne alla brace cotta alla perfezione ospitalità al top sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Posto assolutamente da provare consigliatissimo !!

18/09/2025: Every time I return to Terni, leaving cold Germany behind for a while, there's a place that calls to me like home: Pizzeria La Genga. I left a piece of myself here, in Collescipoli. As a teenager, I worked among its tables, but it was the perfect refuge after the disco, when we'd gather to drink a glass of wine and devour a Sottobosco sandwich or those gnocchetti I still dream of. La Genga isn't just a pizzeria, it's a hug. It's Mauro and Cristina, the beating heart of this place, with their disarming kindness and a warm humanity. I once asked him, "Mauro, why don't you raise the prices?" And he replied, "And where do poor people go to eat out?" So, this is La Genga: a place that makes you feel not just a customer, but part of a family. No matter how far life takes me, I know that at La Genga I'll always find a table ready to welcome me, a dish that tastes like home, a delicate pizza with a light, easily digestible dough. If you're looking for a place with soul, this is your refuge.
05/09/2025: In the quaint village of Collescipoli, in a family-friendly atmosphere with friendly staff, you can enjoy not only the typical Collescipolana gnocchetti, but also a truly delicious, light, generously topped pizza, already cut into wedges. The prices are truly reasonable.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food. Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. The pairings, expertly recommended by the maître d', prove decisive in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are beyond words, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. Friendliness, professionalism, kindness, this is what you will find when you enter this delightful place. A heartfelt thank you for everything, 🩵🙏🏾💙🫂
